Something wrong with a specific guide

Use that guide’s own report control instead. Open the guide, scroll to the bottom, and use “Something wrong with this guide?” — that keeps the report attached to the guide it is about, and it reaches the people who review guide content. You need to be signed in, and it appears on guides you did not write yourself.

What to expect

CompletionLab is in public alpha, and this is a mailbox rather than a support desk — there is no reply time, and no promise of one.

It helps to say what page you were on, what you expected to see, and what you saw instead — and your gamertag if it concerns your own library. Send only what you are comfortable sharing; nothing is attached automatically.

Two things worth knowing before you write. Your library re-syncs on its own, so achievements that look stale often catch up without anything being wrong. And for your Xbox achievement and completion state, Xbox-confirmed evidence is authoritative — if CompletionLab shows something different, that is a CompletionLab problem and worth reporting.
