Reliability & Data Integrity Patch

What's New in 1.3.2-alpha.3 This update is primarily a reliability and data integrity patch. There aren't many flashy new features this time. Instead, we've been tightening the systems that keep your games, achievements, guides, and completion records accurate. Xbox Sync Improvements - Improved protection against overlapping Xbox syncs so older results cannot overwrite newer progress. - Strengthened handling of incomplete or malformed achievement data. - Improved detection of suspiciously empty achievement lists to prevent accidental progress loss. - Made sync status and freshness reporting more accurate. More Accurate Game Data - Improved how CompletionLab identifies games across different Xbox products, editions, and platforms. - Strengthened safeguards against demos, trials, apps, and bundled products being mistaken for standalone games. - Protected manually verified game mappings from being overwritten by automatic catalogue updates. - Improved consistency when selecting the correct Xbox product for a game. Guide Reliability - Improved guide parsing and section handling. - Strengthened game-specific guide matching to prevent guides from being associated with the wrong game. - Improved handling of outdated or superseded game entries. - Added additional protections for guide links, requests, and structured content. Completion & Mythic Accuracy - Strengthened the rules determining which games qualify for Mythic and 100% completion. - Improved consistency between player profiles, the Hall of Completions, and completion records. - Protected previously earned Mythic achievements from being incorrectly revoked. - Improved handling of superseded or catalogue-excluded games. - Strengthened completion processing against duplicate or overlapping updates. Security & Stability - Improved administrative access safeguards. - Improved performance and reliability when browsing large game catalogues. - Expanded automated regression coverage across synchronization, game identity, guides, and completion tracking. --- Looking Ahead This patch lays more groundwork for CompletionLab's future updates.
