Alpha.V2.0.3

Completion Accuracy & Security

This hotfix corrects how CompletionLab handles previously completed games when new achievements are added. It also includes important security updates and improvements to achievement tracking consistency.

Alpha.V2.0.3 is a small hotfix that addresses an issue with Full Completions and includes some important security updates. Fixed: Full Completions After New Achievements There was an issue where a game could still show as fully completed even after new achievements were added. For example, if you completed a game with 68 achievements and an update brought that total to 80, CompletionLab could still show your Full Completion Diamond despite your progress no longer being at 100%. This has been fixed. CompletionLab will now recognize when new achievements are added and update your completion status to reflect the current achievement list. Don’t worry, your original completion isn’t going anywhere. Your completion date, achievement history, and Mythic status are all preserved. Once you earn the new achievements, your Full Completion Diamond will return. Improved: Completion Tracking I’ve also made sure completion status is consistent throughout the site, including your Library, Hall of Completions, The 20, Chaos Mode, and game pages. There are also some improvements to how CompletionLab handles incomplete information from Xbox. If Xbox doesn’t provide enough information to confirm your progress, CompletionLab won’t automatically assume you’re missing achievements. Security Updates Updated Next.js and a few supporting dependencies to address several recently reported security vulnerabilities. Nothing changes on your end, but these updates help keep CompletionLab secure. Final Notes This is just a hotfix, so there aren’t any new features this time around. The goal was to fix an issue with how Full Completions were being displayed, make sure completion tracking stays consistent, and take care of some security updates. As always, your earned achievements and completion history are preserved.
