German & Spanish Support

Added German and Spanish (Spain) as fully supported languages. Game pages, profiles, guides, The 20, Now Completing, notifications, settings, the community pages and your share cards are all available in both languages. Players in Austria and Switzerland can pick German too, with dates and numbers shown the way they're used there. About 95% of the interface is translated in each language, and the language picker shows exactly how much. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service stay in English for now, inside the German or Spanish menus, and they're marked as English so screen readers read them correctly. Achievement names and descriptions still come from Xbox in English for German and Spanish players. Official Xbox translations are only available in French so far, and more languages will follow. In the meantime, screen readers now treat that Xbox text as its own language instead of reading it in a German or Spanish voice. Spanish for Mexico and Latin America isn't available yet. It needs its own translation, and it's on the way along with more languages. You can change your language at any time from the account menu. Your choice is saved to your account.
