▶Completion Plan
▶Xbox Route and Current Status
A Little to the Left has 65 Xbox achievements worth 1,400G:
- the base game: 47 achievements, 1,000G
- Cupboards & Drawers: 8 achievements, 200G
- Seeing Stars: 10 achievements, 200G
Cupboards & Drawers and Seeing Stars are separate add-ons that need the base game. You must own both, or have an edition that includes them, to earn all 1,400G.
The Steam version has extra Daily Tidy achievements that do not exist on Xbox, so ignore any 74- or 76-achievement checklist.
- Everything is single-player. There are no co-op or competitive multiplayer requirements.
- No achievements are CURRENTLY CONFIRMED UNOBTAINABLE or CURRENTLY CONFIRMED DISCONTINUED as of 2026-10-14.
- There is no difficulty achievement and no required New Game+ run.
- Start Daily Tidies immediately. The active playtime is modest, but the safe route to the final Daily Tidy milestones spans up to 100 calendar days.
- Puzzle-specific bonus actions can be recovered by replaying the level. Protect the two clean-campaign achievements from the start instead of leaving them for cleanup.
The efficient route is:
- One clean campaign with every star.
- Post-campaign Hint and Let It Be cleanup.
- Cupboards & Drawers.
- Seeing Stars.
- 100 actual Daily Tidy completions, running alongside everything else.
▶Protect the Clean Campaign
During your first campaign, do not reveal a Hint and do not use Let It Be. No Squint Hint and No Mess Left Behind cover Chapters 1–5 only. They need one completed solution per level on a save that has never used a hint or a skip. They do not require every star.
This guide still collects every star during the clean run, because that is the shortest route: the same playthrough also earns the chapter-100% achievements and Tidy Triumph.
Hint and skip flags stay on your save. If you have already used a Hint or Let It Be, go to Settings and use the Level Progress reset, then begin a fresh clean campaign. Replaying levels on the same contaminated save will not clear the flags.
Make that decision before you spend time on star cleanup, because the reset wipes your campaign stars. It does not touch your Daily Tidy history. It may also reset the in-game Objects Tidied stat, so expect to rebuild item-counter progress. Achievements you have already unlocked stay unlocked.
▶Start the Daily Tidy Clock Now
Before beginning Chapter 1, complete today's Daily Tidy if one is available. Then do one new Daily Tidy on each real calendar day while you work through the campaign and DLC.
Daily Tidy refreshes at midnight local time. There is no in-game way to go back and play a missed day. The Archive menu holds seasonal and bonus puzzles, not past Daily Tidies.
Keep your first 30 Daily Tidies consecutive. The current game has two streak safety nets: a one-day grace period, and streak checkpoints at 7, 14 and 30 days. The safest achievement route is still to avoid gaps entirely.
Some Daily Tidies have more than one solution. Before you leave a day's puzzle, check that its star is completely filled and that your Daily Tidy count has gone up. The full routine is in Daily Tidy Completion.
If a streak does break, you do not lose earned progress. The streak achievements track your longest streak, so the counter holds at your previous best until a new streak passes it.
The badge system can award bonus progress at long streak milestones, which can make the in-game badge display run ahead of the Xbox tracker. For the 50, 75 and 100 milestones, plan around Daily Tidy puzzles you actually completed, and keep going until each Xbox achievement has unlocked.
▶Base Game — Chapter 1
▶Begin Building the Cumulative Counters
Do not grind the item-counter achievements yet. They count the game's Objects Tidied stat:
- Correctly organized objects in the campaign, alternate solutions, replays and the DLC all add to it.
- Daily Tidies very likely add to it as well.
- Levels skipped with Let It Be do not count.
The first three counters should arrive well before the end of the full route. The 1,000-object achievement is the one most likely to linger.
The Level Progress reset described in Protect the Clean Campaign may also reset this stat.
▶Triple Digit Tidier
This unlocks when your cumulative total reaches 100 tidied items. Keep playing normally and let it arrive on its own.
▶Categorization Cadet
This unlocks at 250 tidied items. No special level is required.
▶Adept Aligner
This unlocks at 500 tidied items. Keep solving every star rather than farming early.
▶Extraordinary Organizer
This unlocks at 1,000 tidied items. If it is still missing after the campaign, both DLC packs and substantial Daily Tidy progress, replay an item-dense puzzle and confirm the Xbox tracker advances before committing to a longer grind.
▶Early Chapter 1 Puzzles
Solve each puzzle without revealing a Hint or using Let It Be, and collect every star shown on the level-select screen.
▶Fun for Humans Too
On Chapter 1 Level 2 (Cat Toys), grab the caged ball toy, the cat ball with a smaller ball inside it. Keep it moving continuously for at least 15 seconds, and never pause for longer than about a second. The achievement unlocks from playing with the toy, not from finishing the puzzle.
▶Alternate Solutions
Some stages have more than one valid arrangement. Whenever the level-select screen shows several stars for a level, replay it until every star is filled.
▶Seeing In A New Light
The first convenient opportunity is Chapter 1 Level 7 (Patterned Books), which can be sorted by height or by thickness. Complete one valid solution, replay the level, then complete the other. The achievement unlocks when a second distinct solution registers for the same puzzle.
▶Triple Threat
Chapter 1 Level 16 (Coloured Pencils II) has three valid pencil arrangements. Solve it all three ways:
- by color
- by sharpness
- by eraser size
With Colour Assist on, the color solution uses the number of bands instead. The achievement unlocks when the third distinct solution registers.
▶Cat Interactions and Chapter Cleanup
Keep solving every star.
On Chapter 1 Level 19 (Lead Pencils), drag every loose pencil shaving off the edge of the play area before you start sorting the pencils. Then complete the normal solution. This is the first half of a two-level achievement that finishes in Chapter 2.
▶Bad Kitty
Bad Kitty10G
On Chapter 1 Level 9 (Envelopes), the cat's paw reaches into the scene. Click or grab the paw before it can take anything. The achievement unlocks when you catch the paw.
If you miss the timing, replay the level from level select.
If it still will not unlock, use Chapter 2 Level 11 (Place Setting) as a fallback:
- Let the cat's first swipe happen.
- Do not rush to re-tidy the setting.
- Click the paw when it reaches in a second time.
Keep Away needs the opposite approach on that level, so the two achievements need separate attempts there.
▶Home Sweet Home
Complete the final puzzle in Chapter 1. This is the chapter-clear achievement.
▶Guests Coming Over
Before leaving Chapter 1, make sure every Chapter 1 star is filled. This unlocks when the chapter reaches 100% solution completion.
▶Base Game — Chapter 2
▶Eggs, Crumbs, and the Cat
Keep the clean-run rules active: no Hint and no Let It Be. Finish every alternate solution before moving on.
▶Exacting Eggs
Chapter 2 Level 6 is the egg-carton checkerboard puzzle. Solve it in exactly two egg moves:
- Move the top-left egg one space right.
- Move the third egg of the top row one space down and two spaces right.
Any third move blocks the achievement. If you make one, restart the level and try again. The achievement unlocks when the puzzle completes after exactly two moves.
▶Sweep Them On The Floor
On Chapter 2 Level 7 (Bread Tags), drag every loose breadcrumb off the edge of the play area. If you also cleared every pencil shaving on Chapter 1 Level 19, the achievement unlocks once both messes have been swept away.
If Level 19 was solved before its shavings were cleared, replay it from level select and clear the shavings first.
▶Keep Away
Keep Away10G
This is on Chapter 2 Level 11 (Place Setting).
- Let the cat's first swipe happen. It is scripted and cannot be avoided.
- Rebuild the place setting as fast as you can.
- Complete the level before the cat's second swipe lands.
This fast rebuild is the most reliable method, and the achievement should unlock when the level completes. Clicking the paw is the Bad Kitty action, so leave the paw alone on your first attempt.
Stay in the level until it completes. Do not back out to level select partway through.
If it does not unlock, try these in order:
- Complete the next level (Plate) normally, then restart the game. This achievement has sometimes unlocked late.
- Replay Level 11 and finish the second rebuild faster.
- Replay Level 11 and either drag the placemat out of the paw's reach or click the returning paw. Players disagree on whether these count, so treat them as fallbacks.
▶Finish Chapter 2 at 100%
▶Lost Recipe
Lost Recipe25G
Complete Chapter 2 to unlock the chapter-clear achievement.
▶Clean Kitchen
Fill every Chapter 2 star. The achievement unlocks when Chapter 2 reaches 100% solution completion.
▶Base Game — Chapter 3
▶Junk Drawer and Color Sorting
Work through Chapter 3 normally, completing every available solution as you go.
▶Draw Me A Rainbow
On Chapter 3 Level 6 (Junk Drawer), find the crayons in the bottom-right section and arrange them in rainbow order: red, orange, yellow, green, blue. With Colour Assist on, order them from least torn to most torn instead. The achievement unlocks when the game recognizes the color sequence.
▶Finish Chapter 3 at 100%
▶Nitty Gritty
Nitty Gritty25G
Complete Chapter 3 to unlock the chapter-clear achievement.
▶Spring Cleaning
Fill every Chapter 3 star. The achievement unlocks when the chapter reaches 100% solution completion.
▶Base Game — Chapter 4
▶Clean Up, Then Make a Mess
Continue the clean campaign and collect every star.
▶Path of Destruction
Chapter 4 Level 2 (Pawprints) is a multi-scene cleanup.
- In the first scene, wipe up the coffee spill and every pawprint with the cloth. Some prints are hidden under the rug and the papers, so move those aside and clean underneath.
- In the second scene, drag the loose dead leaves off the edge of the play area instead of tidying them. Clean any remaining pawprints too.
The achievement unlocks after the destructive leaf cleanup. Not every step above is confirmed as required, but cleaning everything is the safe way to make sure it triggers. If it does not unlock, replay the level and clean each scene completely.
▶Finish Chapter 4 at 100%
▶Inner Nature
Inner Nature25G
Complete Chapter 4 to unlock the chapter-clear achievement.
▶One With Nature
Fill every Chapter 4 star. The achievement unlocks when the chapter reaches 100% solution completion.
▶Base Game — Chapter 5 and Campaign Finale
▶Rhythm Cat
▶Harmonized Purr
Chapter 5 Level 10 opens with the cat rhythm segment. Pet the cat each time the moving circle meets the outer timing ring. Land 8 on-beat pets in a row, and do not tap between beats.
The game also has an accessibility fallback. If you have not met the timing after 1 minute and have tried more than 8 pets, every further pet counts as successful.
If the achievement still does not unlock, restart the level and repeat a clean rhythm sequence.
▶Final Container Tower
Chapter 5 Level 12 (Container Stacking) is the final tower. Two bonus achievements come from it, and you can try for both in the same attempt.
Watch the colors of the starting containers in the order they fall. That order is the sequence for Rainbow To The Moon, and it can differ between attempts.
▶Rainbow To The Moon
Build the tower so the colors keep repeating the sequence set by the falling starting containers, looping it upward. Some containers drop in automatically and won't match. Build around those rather than trusting the prebuilt pieces to be the next answer. The achievement unlocks when the finished tower keeps the sequence.
▶Unstable Stacker
While building the same tower, complete every line at the highest line available, so the tower wobbles as it grows. Never let a line complete low. The easy first blue line is the most common place this fails. The achievement unlocks when the tower is finished with every line completed at the top.
If one condition fails, finish the campaign and replay the tower from level select. These achievements can be done in cleanup and are not a reason to restart the campaign.
▶Finish the Clean Campaign
Finish the last Chapter 5 level, then go straight into the credits section below. The clean-run achievements unlock at the end of the credits, or when the credits are aborted. Do not reveal a Hint or use Let It Be until all four of these have registered:
- No Squint Hint
- No Mess Left Behind
- A Cozy Completion
- Near Earth Organizer
▶No Squint Hint
Complete the campaign without ever revealing a hint on this save. The achievement unlocks at the end of the campaign credits if the save has no hint flags.
▶No Mess Left Behind
Complete the campaign without skipping any level with Let It Be. The achievement unlocks at the end of the campaign credits if the save has no skip flags.
▶A Cozy Completion
Finish the final campaign level and its credits. This is the base campaign completion achievement.
▶Credits and Final Chapter Bookkeeping
Stay active during the credits instead of putting the controller down. Once the credits end, confirm that No Squint Hint, No Mess Left Behind, A Cozy Completion and Near Earth Organizer have all unlocked before moving to the Post-Campaign Hint and Skip Cleanup.
▶Be The Chaos
Be The Chaos10G
The credits have 5 interactive scenes. In each one, use the cat paw to bat every job title and either the first or the last name of every person before the scene leaves the screen. Hitting both names is fine and makes sure nobody is skipped. Hold the input and sweep across each text group. If a sweep does not knock a piece of text loose, click it directly. Credit text after those five scenes does not count. The achievement unlocks once all the required text has been batted.
If you miss something, open the pause menu and restart the credits. You can also replay them later from level select.
▶Near Earth Organizer
Complete Chapter 5. This chapter-clear achievement settles with the end-of-campaign sequence. Check for it at the end of the credits.
▶Encounters of the Tidy Kind
Make sure every Chapter 5 star is filled. The achievement unlocks when Chapter 5 reaches 100% solution completion.
▶Tidy Triumph
Tidy Triumph100G
Fill every solution star across the five base-game chapters. This is the base game's 100% solution achievement.
The Archive menu is not part of the required set. It holds the seasonal puzzles, the Snack Pack, and the three drawer puzzles added by the 2025 Packed Update (Bathroom Drawer, Tool Drawer and Paper Plane Supplies). It adds no Xbox achievements.
▶Post-Campaign Hint and Skip Cleanup
▶Use the Tools You Avoided Earlier
Start this section only after the end-of-credits check confirms No Squint Hint and No Mess Left Behind. Then use level select for the Hint and Let It Be achievements. There is no reason to sacrifice the clean campaign for these earlier.
▶Helpful Hints
Open the Hint for any puzzle and reveal part of it by erasing some of the covering. Opening the menu alone is not enough. The achievement unlocks when your first hint is revealed.
▶One Clean Page
On a Hint screen, erase the covering completely until the whole hint image is revealed. The achievement unlocks when one hint page is fully uncovered.
▶Hint Hunter
Hint Hunter20G
Reveal 10 hints. Since the Packed Update, every hint you reveal counts, not just one per level. The safest method is still to reveal one hint on each of ten different levels. Erase each hint until the Hint menu's indicator shows it as revealed.
▶Let It Be
Let It Be20G
Use Let It Be to skip any eligible puzzle. The achievement unlocks on the first skip.
▶What Is Will Be
Skip 10 levels with Let It Be, using ten different levels. You can pair this with Hint Hunter by visiting the same ten levels: reveal the Hint first, then use Let It Be.
▶Cupboards & Drawers
▶Early DLC Route
Enter Cupboards & Drawers after the base campaign cleanup. The pack has 30 levels and 36 stars. Solve every star as you go so the DLC needs only one pass.
▶Where Is My Cap?
On Level 3 (Pens), give every pen a different cap without any two pens simply swapping caps.
- Fill the case with the pens.
- Shift every cap one pen over in the same direction, so the caps move around the whole set as one full cycle.
The achievement unlocks when the game recognizes the mismatched arrangement. It has glitch reports: if the method is correct and it does not pop, restart the game and redo the level.
▶In No Rush
In No Rush15G
The cat levels are 6, 13, 20 and 24. On any one of them, sit with the cat for about 30 seconds without petting it. The achievement unlocks after the wait.
▶A Balanced Meal
On Level 7 (Lunch Box), build one movable pile that holds everything:
- Do not lock the trays into their slots. The base tray fixed to the background does not count.
- Load the food, including the apple slices, onto the trays.
- Stack the trays into a single pile.
- Lift the lowest movable tray. Everything should come up with it.
The achievement unlocks when the all-in-one pile is accepted. It is widely reported as fiddly. If the pile is correct and it does not pop, restart the game and rebuild it. Afterwards, complete the level's normal solution for the star.
▶Can Do Altitude
On Level 12 (Pantry), stack all 20 cans into one tower. The cleanest method is to build several shorter stacks and then merge them into a single pile. The achievement unlocks when all the cans belong to one tower.
▶Mid and Late DLC Route
Keep clearing every star. The cat levels are part of the DLC progression even though they are not normal organization puzzles, and they no longer award stars.
▶Now You’re Playing With Power
On Level 17 (Games Cupboard), turn on the orange handheld by pressing any of its buttons. This should be enough to unlock the achievement. If it does not unlock, play the handheld's mini-game:
- Use the directional controls to move the circle into the square.
- Press the black button.
▶Show Off
Show Off25G
On Level 26 (Trophies), take every trophy out of the cabinets and place them outside before doing the normal organization. The achievement unlocks when all the trophies are displayed outside the cabinets.
▶DLC Finale and 100%
▶The Other Side
Complete every Cupboards & Drawers level once, including the cat levels. Then finish Level 30, the roughly three-minute credits level. The achievement unlocks when the Level 30 credits end.
▶Everything Put Away
Fill all 36 Cupboards & Drawers stars. Only three levels have more than one star:
- Level 3 (Pens): 4 stars
- Level 15 (Files): 3 stars
- Level 21 (Coins): 3 stars
If The Other Side has unlocked but this has not, check those three levels first.
▶Seeing Stars
▶Early Star Cleanup
Seeing Stars is built around alternate solutions, so do not stop after the first valid arrangement. Fill every star shown for each stage as you move through the pack.
▶I'll Take My Water Neat
On Level 10, take every ice cube out of the glasses and put them on the table, then complete the normal arrangement. The achievement unlocks when the game recognizes the no-ice setup.
▶Top Heavy Slice
On Level 11, move every topping onto one slice. Any slice works. The achievement unlocks when one slice carries all the toppings.
▶Mid-Pack Bonus Actions
▶Sticky Wand
Sticky Wand15G
On Level 22 (Craft Drawer), stick four pieces of gum onto the lollipop before finishing the normal solution. The achievement unlocks once all four pieces are attached.
▶Whatcha Lookin' At?
On Level 24 (Mini Figurines), sort the figures by the direction their eyes look, not the direction their bodies face. Make three separate groups. The correct sizes are:
- 12 looking left
- 4 looking forward
- 6 looking right
Putting each group in its own box is the safest method. Separate piles outside the boxes have also been reported to work.
The achievement unlocks when the game accepts the gaze-based sort. If it does not, count your groups. A wrong total means at least one figure is in the wrong group, so recheck the eyes of each figure in that group.
▶Grabbed the Wrong End
On Level 27, press the button to extend the box cutter's blade, then grab the cutter by the blade instead of the handle. The achievement unlocks from that unsafe grab.
▶Keeping Count
On Level 28 (Instrument Drawer), click the small white button on the silver counter until it reads 8. Then solve the rest of the puzzle without changing it. The achievement unlocks when the puzzle completes with the counter on 8.
▶Main Seeing Stars Finale
▶Dead End Boss Gems
Level 32 (Gem Mosaic) should be played start to finish in one visit:
- Before any other progress, arrange the gems so their white sections connect toward the centre and their colored sections face outward. The achievement unlocks when the game recognizes this dead-end arrangement.
- Without leaving the level, complete all three of its solution sets: compass, multi-tool and padlock.
- Avoid clicking while pieces are animating out between stages.
Level 32 has a heavy flashing-light sequence.
▶Shooting Star
Complete the main Seeing Stars campaign through Level 32. The achievement unlocks when Level 32 is finished. It does not depend on collecting every bonus solution.
▶Bonus Finale and All 100 Solutions
Keep filling stars after Level 32. The bonus levels unlock as your star total rises:
- Bread Crusts: unlocks at 50 stars and awards 2 stars.
- Cupcakes: unlocks at 60 stars and awards 3 stars.
- Markers: unlocks at 70 stars and awards 3 stars.
- Whistles: unlocks at 80 stars and awards 5 stars.
- Finale: unlocks at 90 stars and awards no stars.
Guides number these levels differently because some count the cutscene and credits screens as levels. The finale is the last Seeing Stars level, the one that unlocks at 90 stars.
▶Nine Lives
Nine Lives30G
Enter the finale once you have 90 stars. It is a run of room scenes, and in each scene the cat is hiding inside one object. Click that object to find the cat and move to the next scene. The nine hiding spots, in order:
- Laundry basket
- Smaller paper bag
- Jar with a little black inside, on the top shelf
- Black book on top of the bookshelf, in front of the mirror
- Kitty photo frame on the wall
- Bag of wool
- Lampshade
- Gumboot, bottom right
- Hanging umbrella
The achievement unlocks when you find the ninth cat and the finale ends. The finale awards no star, so it can be done before or after you reach 100 stars.
▶Full Orbit
Full Orbit65G
Seeing Stars has 100 solutions in total. Fill every star in the DLC, including the bonus levels. The achievement unlocks when the 100th solution registers.
If you reach 100 stars and Full Orbit does not unlock, replay Level 32 and complete all three of its solution sets in one visit without leaving the level. Then restart the game.
▶Daily Tidy Completion
▶Actual Daily Completions
Return to Daily Tidy once per real calendar day. Each milestone below counts completed Daily Tidy puzzles. Do not treat streak-badge bonus credit as a replacement for actually completing a new day's puzzle.
Some Daily Tidies have more than one solution. A partly filled star does not mean the day is done. Before leaving each day's puzzle:
- Find every solution.
- Confirm that the day's star is completely filled.
- Confirm that your in-game Daily Tidy count has gone up.
If the in-game count rose but the Xbox achievement or its tracker did not advance:
- Go back to the main menu so the game saves.
- Give the console a moment to sync.
- Fully close and restart the game.
- Compare the in-game count with the Xbox tracker again.
If the in-game count is right, keep doing one new Daily Tidy per day. A lagging achievement may unlock after a later valid completion. If the in-game count itself did not go up, you did not finish that day's puzzle, so go back and fill its star before midnight. Never use the Level Progress reset to fix a Daily Tidy problem. It does nothing for Daily Tidy progress, and it wipes your campaign stars.
▶Today's Tidy
Complete your first Daily Tidy. The achievement unlocks when that day's puzzle is completed.
▶Tidy Toddler
Complete 3 Daily Tidies in total.
▶My Lucky Number
Complete 7 Daily Tidies in total.
▶Build the 30-Day Streak
Do one new Daily Tidy every day, without a gap, through day 30.
▶Sqweeky Clean
Complete Daily Tidies on 7 consecutive days. The achievement unlocks when the seven-day streak is recorded.
▶Neat As A Pin
Complete 14 Daily Tidies in total.
▶Two-week Sweep
Complete Daily Tidies on 14 consecutive days. If you have followed the no-gap route, this unlocks alongside the 14-total milestone.
▶Flip the Calendar
Complete 30 Daily Tidies in total.
▶Calendar Collector
Complete Daily Tidies on 30 consecutive days. Keep playing on consecutive real dates until this unlocks, rather than relying on the grace day.
▶Finish the 100-Day Milestones
Once the streak achievements are done, you no longer need to play on consecutive days for the remaining total-count milestones. Keep completing genuinely new Daily Tidies until the Xbox tracker, not only the in-game badge display, records each total.
▶Halfway There
Complete 50 Daily Tidies in total.
▶Three-quarter Sorter
Complete 75 Daily Tidies in total.
▶Highly Decorated
Earn every Daily Tidy badge rank. Badges track your total completions, and the top rank is 100, which does not need to be consecutive.
A 30-day streak is reported to add 10 bonus credit to the badge count, so this may unlock around your 90th completion. That is not confirmed on Xbox. Plan on 100 completed Daily Tidies and keep going until the achievement actually unlocks.
