Before You Start

What to Know Before Starting

Aniimo has 64 Xbox achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore. Xbox Series X|S and Windows (the Xbox PC / Microsoft Store build) share one Xbox Play Anywhere list and the same account progress, so this is one completion, not separate console and PC stacks.

All 64 achievements are on the launch Xbox list. There is no separate DLC or title-update pack as of 2026-10-02. You need one continuing account and save, not several playthroughs. No achievement is tied to a permanently missable story choice. One achievement depends on a time-limited event (see below).

All 64 achievements are currently obtainable. Holo-Battle Interlink went live with the 23 September 2026 update. It runs every week from Thursday 04:00 to Monday 03:59 server time (UTC+8 on the official notice) and needs Trailblazer I. The Irisalis stage of the Legendary Journey opened on 25 September 2026.

TIME-LIMITED EVENT: Rainbow of the Ground needs Irisalis, who can only be obtained in the Walking with Irisalis Legendary Journey. It is scheduled to end on 10 December 2026 (UTC+8; 9 December in the Americas). No rerun or permanent source has been announced. Treat it as missable once the window closes. Start collecting Irisalis Petals immediately and befriend Irisalis as soon as you can, not in final cleanup.

Six achievements need another human player: Treasured Trade, A Buddy for My Buddy, Hearts in Tune, Friends in Focus, True Colors and A Match Made Through Music. Use one friend for the first four. True Colors only needs that friend on your Friends list. A Match Made Through Music needs a random online player to answer your flute. Safe and Sound can be done solo, because Egg Heist Team Mode can be queued alone. Holo-Battle Interlink lets AI teammates fill the squad. Aniimo is a live-service game, so the completion also depends on its servers staying online.

Only the Xbox console and Xbox PC (Microsoft Store) builds award Xbox achievements. Aniimo has cross-progression on the same server and account, so you can also play on Steam, Epic, the official launcher, PlayStation or mobile. When you next log in on Xbox, most counter and badge achievements cross-pop. Some one-off actions may not, and players have had to repeat at least the companion photo. Do achievement work on the Xbox build where you can. If you played elsewhere first, log in on Xbox and wait for the sync. Then repeat any one-off action whose achievement is still locked, and relaunch if a requirement you have already met does not pop.

PATCHED / NO LONGER A CURRENT ISSUE: Friends in Focus, Safe and Sound and Windchaser: Gold had unlock problems on consoles in September 2026. The 29-30 September 2026 patches fixed them. If you met one of these requirements before the patch and it never popped, update the game and repeat the action (or, for Windchaser: Gold, relaunch and check after your next catch). The retry method for Friends in Focus in this guide is still a good precaution.

There is no difficulty-mode playthrough requirement. The main combat checks are one Holo-Battle Sim clear on Hard, a Nightmare Egg Heist Team Mode evacuation, a 50-Star Holo-Battle Interlink week, the Irisalis Legendary fight, and the six Elite Pathfinder rematches for Victory Badges. The hardest of those is Senior Cecelia's Lv 65 rematch; Aniimo are still capped at Level 60. The larger burden is progression: Pathfinder Level 60, 100% Breezy Plains collection, 80 Aniimo in the Aniilog, 200 chests, 50 Pathfinder Challenges, 80 Home Orders, Egg Heist rank progression, and the rare-Aniimo requirements.

The route follows Aniimo's progression gates. Chapters 1-3 have no gates. Chapter 4 waits for Pathfinder Level 25, Student II, and Elite Training Chapter One. Chapter 5 starts at Level 35 and Student III. Midway it gates again at Level 45 and Wayfarer II, which means two promotions: Wayfarer I at 40, then Wayfarer II at 45. The final story quest needs Level 50 and Wayfarer III. Do the available story first, then use collection, challenges, Sanctums, Journey quests and title work to fill each level gate.

Start every daily or timer-based system as soon as it appears. Pathfinder Challenges, Home Orders and camp expeditions take the most calendar time. The Beast Fang Ridge Journey quest Warrior needs three real-life days because of server-reset waits. Friend Affinity (Bond) is capped daily. Bond Level 5 needs 2,500 Affinity, and ordinary shared activities give at most 100 Affinity per day, so Hearts in Tune takes 25 days without gifts. Gift boxes add Affinity on their own weekly limit (a Gift of Celebration gives 99), so both players using their weekly gifts can shorten this substantially. Start it the moment multiplayer opens. Skipping these does not make an achievement missable, but it can add weeks to the completion. Irisalis is the exception: it is genuinely time-limited.

Permanent Habits for the Whole Run

Open chests on your route, catch species you do not have yet, upload or register new Aniimo for research, illuminate Blooms as you find them, and spend Credits on useful completion progress instead of hoarding them. When an area catch panel shows a missing form, note whether it needs a certain time, weather or ecosystem state, and come back when you can change that condition.

Upgrade one strong combat core rather than spreading scarce materials across every Aniimo. That team handles title assessments, Elite Pathfinder rematches, Holo-Battle Sim, Alphas and Omegas, Irisalis, Holo-Battle Interlink and the higher Egg Heist difficulties.

Collect Irisalis Petals from the very start. You need 99 to craft the single Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis, and the event ends on 10 December 2026 (UTC+8). The event's How to Obtain panel (Legendary Journey, How to Obtain) lists nine one-time sources totalling 107 petals, and it tracks your progress on each. Use it as your checklist. Most are everyday progress: main story, Gather, Journey quests (each of the ten Breezy Plains Legend chapters in the Journey tab pays 1 petal at 100% completion), Elite Pathfinder challenges, Silver Collection Badges, Alpha first clears, Branch Nurture and Aniimo Topics. The Tracing the Trail event quests are time-limited and end on 9 December. Every week while the event runs, buy the Stamp Shop petals (50 Windborn Stamps each, up to 4 a week). Use Faded Rainbow when it is available (50 Energy for 3 petals). Breezy Mission Letter boxes from the Legendary Journey shop give 5 petals each, if you choose to spend Glimmer on them. Do not spend petals on anything else until Rainbow of the Ground has unlocked.

Prologue and Institute Enrollment

Chapter 1: Journey to Idyll

Play the four opening story quests straight through. The prologue teaches catching, gives you your first scripted Aniimo, sends you through the starter cavern, and enrolls you at the Polaris Institute. There is no level gate here.

First Step into a New World

This unlocks automatically the first time the story takes you onto Idyll.

First Companion

In the starter cavern, choose Helion or Lunara. The achievement unlocks when your choice joins you. It makes no difference to the route, so pick the one you prefer for combat.

Starbound Journey

After reaching Idyll, open the Badge panel and claim the Starbound Journey Keepsake badge when it appears. The achievement is for earning that badge, not for standing in the region, so don't leave the reward unclaimed.

Healing Hugs

Once you can deploy an Aniimo, open the Emote menu, go to the Solo tab, pick the Pick Up Aniimo emote, choose any Aniimo, and confirm. It unlocks on the first completed hug. Do this on the Xbox console or Xbox PC build. If you started on another platform, repeat it after your first Xbox login.

In the Same Frame

When Photo Mode becomes available after the opening, deploy an Aniimo, frame your Pathfinder and the Aniimo together, and take a picture. This is the open-world companion photo, separate from the later Photo Studio achievement with another player. Take it on the Xbox build. If you started elsewhere, repeat it after your first Xbox login.

Cashflow

Cashflow counts Credits spent, not Credits held: 500,000 in total across the account. Story and Growth Story rewards give plenty, so spend on catching gear, progression, upgrades and completion work rather than saving for this achievement.

The Branch, First Sanctum, and Early Breezy Plains

Chapter 2: Setting Out Again

Go straight into Setting Out Again. The story sends you to the Breezy Plains Branch, then through Nimbus Fields, the freshman lesson, First Spark Sanctum and your first regional badge. Most of the exploration systems the completion relies on start here.

Echo of the Veins

Activate the Breezy Plains Branch when the story directs you there. The achievement unlocks when the Branch is active and you receive its blessing. This also opens the Nurture loop used for later Branch, Bloom and Prismana achievements.

First Sanctum Foray

Clear First Spark Sanctum during the story and restore its Vein energy. The story clear counts.

Badge Beginnings

Earn your first Collection Badge by raising Area Catch Completion in one area to the first badge threshold (40% at launch). Catch different required entries rather than duplicates, then claim the badge when the area panel awards it.

Aniilog Beginner

Keep catching new species around Nimbus Fields and the other opening areas, and upload or register them as the Aniilog asks. The achievement unlocks at 10 recorded species.

Guided by the Light

Once the Branch system is open, illuminate every Bloom you pass. You need 10 illuminated Blooms with their beams converged. Do them while exploring rather than saving all ten for cleanup.

Chest Chaser

From here on, open every convenient overworld chest. Chest Chaser counts up to 200 world chests. Open chests along story, Journey, collection and Alpha travel, then use the map for the rest late in the run.

Radiant as a Rainbow

Use Nurture as it opens and keep building Prismatic Energy in Breezy Plains. A Prismana Flow is a world event produced by that ecosystem loop, and the achievement unlocks the first time you see one. Witness it on the Xbox build. If you started on another platform, watch another Flow after your first Xbox login.

Prismana Splendor

When a Prismana Flow points you to a Prismana Aniimo, follow it and catch the creature. The achievement unlocks when your first Prismana Aniimo joins your collection.

Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star

Keep any Sparkling Aniimo you meet or hatch. Sparkling is a rare appearance layer, and the achievement unlocks on your first one. Don't grind for one this early; normal catching, hatching, rewards and later boosted hunting all give more chances.

Bloomville and the First Long-Term Systems

Chapter 3: Journey to Bloomville

Play all three Chapter 3 quests through the interrupted Bloom Festival. While the story is open, start the repeatable systems that would otherwise become your final grind.

While you're in Bloomville, accept the perfumer Journey quests that are already open. They stay in your log and feed Windswept Epilogue, Irisalis Petals and the post-story A Fragrant Dream chapter: Avetine (A Fragrant Journey: Blitzwood), Grace in the Perfume Workshop (A Fragrant Journey: Russet Highlands), Marlowe (A Fragrant Journey: Berylline Vale) and Elvira at the town entrance (A Fragrant Journey: Echoback Landing). In the Argent Strait, the Grumpy Chirpi starts Fly Free!. In the Sea of Flowers, Storyteller Budsquire starts Flowers and Thorns - Sea of Flowers: defeat the four Lethal Thorns outside, then hear the rest of the story. During the day, Clovis in Bloomville starts Come Out, Floret, which needs all six regional forms of Iris (see Windswept Epilogue).

Rising Challenger

Once Pathfinder Challenges appear in your progression menus, clear the available set every day. The first milestone is 10 completed challenges. They also help toward Pathfinder Level 60.

Challenge Ace

Keep the same daily routine going after Rising Challenger. Challenge Ace unlocks at 50 completed Pathfinder Challenges. Treat it as background progress for the whole guide, not a post-game farm.

A Match Made Through Music

Find a bench in the open world. Early ones are in the Forest of Falling Stars (map coordinates -1442, 0981) and the Sea of Flowers (-0030, 0814). Sit down and play the flute, pick any of the three melodies, then wait for another player's Pathfinder to arrive. The achievement unlocks when you meet the first Pathfinder your flute brings in. It needs another online player to answer, not a friend invite.

Dressed for the Part

Collect outfits as Events, the Shop and other rewards open up. Event and shop outfits both count. The achievement unlocks when your wardrobe holds five outfits, so claim free and progression outfits before spending premium currency.

Early Co-op Setup

Add the human partner you will use for the social achievements as soon as the Friends and Companion systems are open. Keep using that one partner, so a single relationship covers the friend add, trade, Photo Studio, gift and Bond requirements.

True Colors

The 30 September 2026 patch changed this achievement's condition: it now unlocks when you add one friend. Steam and Epic renamed it Travel Buddy ("Add your first friend"), but the Xbox list may still show the old name and the dye description. Add your co-op partner (or any player) to your in-game Friends list. Adding the friend is the current trigger, even if the Xbox list still shows the old dye description.

Treasured Trade

Raise the relationship until Aniimo Exchange opens (Affinity Level 2 in current launch data), then complete one exchange where both players send an Aniimo and it goes through.

Friends in Focus

Raise the same relationship to Affinity Level 3, which opens the two-player Photo Studio. Get into Companion Mode with your friend, open Photo Mode and switch to the Photo Studio (F3 inside Photo Mode on PC; on controller it is in the Camera Functions ribbon). Take a picture together.

PATCHED / NO LONGER A CURRENT ISSUE: in September 2026 this achievement often didn't register a valid picture. The 29 September 2026 patch fixed it. If it still fails, leave that Companion and Photo Studio session, start a fresh one, and take a new picture instead of retaking shots in the failed session.

A Buddy for My Buddy

When Companion Mode allows gifts to this friend, gift them one Aniimo. Starting the gift from the party panel or Home has reportedly refused the transfer. The method players report working: with both of you in Companion Mode, catch a new Aniimo, open it (View), go to its third (final) tab and choose the gift option. If the option is blocked, catch a different Aniimo; Perfect Aniimo reportedly cannot be gifted, and Bond Level 3 may be needed. The achievement unlocks when the transfer finishes.

Hearts in Tune

Keep playing and interacting with the same friend until your Bond reaches Level 5. Don't split co-op sessions across partners if speed matters. The achievement unlocks when that friend's Bond hits Level 5.

Level 25 Gate and Student II

Growth Story: Dewdrop Crystal's Resonance

After Chapters 1-3, reach Pathfinder Level 25 and finish four of the five required tasks in Elite Training Chapter One. Then complete the first Veinwalker promotion, Promotion: Dewdrop Crystal's Resonance, to become Student II. This opens Homeland and Resonance Star-Up and lets Chapter 4 begin.

Fill the level gate efficiently: available Journey quests, new species, nearby chests, Alphas, Blooms, Sanctums, Pathfinder Challenges and first clears, not one source alone.

Elite Training Chapter 2's required tasks include owning your Homeland and owning one Aniimo with Resonance at Tier 2. Finish Home on Wheels and an early Resonance step before chasing Student III.

Victory Badge rematch: after this promotion, Wally can be challenged again in an Elite Pathfinder rematch for the Spring of Life badge. Do it once your team can handle it (see Victory Badges).

Home on Wheels

Student II opens Homeland. Play through the Homeland introduction until the RV is set up as your home. The achievement unlocks when the Homeland/RV is complete.

Supreme Supplier

As soon as Home Orders open, fill them every day. You need 80 completed Home Orders. Orders refresh daily, and higher RV levels expand the system, so run this alongside the rest of the guide from now on.

Aniimo Treasure Team

Start camp expeditions as soon as the Homeland trip system opens. Send Aniimo out, collect each finished trip, and queue another straight away. The achievement unlocks after five completed trips return with rewards.

Welcome Home

Put your normal Homeland progress into the RV instead of putting it off, and upgrade it to Level 8. Higher RV levels also help the Home Order grind, so do this before decorative spending.

Six-Star Supremacy

Resonance Star-Up opens with Student II. Don't spread rare star-up materials around. Pick one combat Aniimo you will keep using and work its Resonance toward six stars throughout the run. The achievement unlocks on the first Aniimo to reach six stars.

Chapter 4: Flowers and Butterfly Shadows

With Pathfinder Level 25, Student II and Elite Training Chapter One done, return to the Main Story and play Fragrant Colors, The Land of Dancing Illusions and The Land where Dreams Come True through the Velouria fight.

While the story has you in the Sea of Flowers, clear its collection, chests and new species. Don't force later regions yet; the story opens safer, faster access as your title rises.

You’re Gonna Need a Bigger Aniipod

Once your team can safely handle an Alpha, catch one rather than just defeating it. Alphas are the oversized fixed overworld encounters, and only catching one counts here.

Alpha Annihilator

Start defeating Alpha and Omega Aniimo as part of your travel loop. Both count. The achievement unlocks after five defeats.

Alpha Predator

Keep the same counter going. Alphas respawn at fixed locations and Omegas count too, so revisit convenient fights during collection and chest routes. The achievement unlocks at 20 total Alpha/Omega defeats.

Perfect

Keep every Aniimo appraised at Perfect Potential until you hold five. Umbral Aniimo are a reliable Perfect source in current launch data, so later Umbral hunting can finish this if normal catches and hatches don't. The achievement unlocks when you hold five Perfect Aniimo.

Levels 35 to 45 and the First Half of Chapter 5

Student III at Pathfinder Level 35

After Chapter 4, keep working Elite Training and general completion until Pathfinder Level 35. Complete four of the five required Elite Training Chapter 2 tasks (owning your Homeland and a Tier 2 Resonance Aniimo are two of them), then the Growth Story promotion to Student III, Promotion: Legacy's Protection. Held Items open here.

Victory Badge rematch: after this promotion, Senior Jilly can be challenged again for the Bursting Fist badge.

Start Warrior now: the promotion takes you to Beast Fang Ridge, so begin the Journey quest Warrior (The Legend of Thousand-Fang Ridge) straight away. It needs three real-life days, and player reports conflict over whether it or the later Russet Highlands Warrior counts for Trail of the Wind, so this route does both. At the Emberpup campfire in the dead forest, switch to night using the sun/moon button in the main menu. Hear the story, then fight the scripted Inferlupa to the northeast. Ask around, talking to the Scared Emberpup and the Fragrant Emberpup, until Dr. Lewis calls. The next steps open only after the daily server reset; check your quest log after each reset, because changing the in-game time does not skip the wait. On day two, hear the second campfire story. On day three, hear the last story and beat Inferlupa in a real fight (Fire/Dark; bring Water or Wind; reported around Lv 56). Start it early in your day, because the wait follows the server reset rather than a 24-hour timer.

Carry That Weight

Pick one useful Held Item and put enhancement resources into it until it reaches Level 10. The achievement is about one item's level, so spreading materials only slows it down.

Chapter 5: Ancient Sacred Fragrance, First Half

Start Ancient Sacred Fragrance once you are Pathfinder Level 35, hold Student III, and have Elite Training Chapter 2 complete. The first spice is the Super Truffle deep in the Mistwoods, guarded by the boss Tucking. After you beat Tucking, a Clue appears nearby that starts the Journey quest Binding Oath. The second spice, the Incense of Tolerance at Echoback Landing, can only be gathered at night. If it is daytime, use the Day and Night Switch and the quest marker will appear. Aged Omega Sherro guards it (recommended Lv 45).

The quest then stops on purpose. That is a progression gate, not a broken quest. Use the pause for title, collection and daily work.

Index Adept

By now, catching across the story regions should have you near 40 recorded species. Check the Aniilog for gaps and catch missing basic forms along the story route until the Index reaches 40.

Hatching Plans

Keep every Hatchinator busy during the level climb. The achievement unlocks after you see 10 eggs hatch. Weekend or event speedups can shorten timers, but you only need ten completed hatches, so you don't need to wait for an event.

Box of Badges

Keep claiming Collection, Keepsake, progression and Elite Pathfinder badges instead of leaving finished badge rewards. The achievement unlocks at 20 badges held. Area Collection Badges are efficient, because the same catches also advance the Breezy Plains collection achievements.

Windchaser: Bronze

Raise overall Breezy Plains collection to 50%. Variety matters more than duplicates. Use each area's catch-completion panel to target missing entries while you're there for story and Journey work.

Trail of the Wind

Complete the Journey quests Binding Oath, Stars and the Knight and Warrior.

Binding Oath (The Legend of Mist and Light): after beating Tucking, talk to the Strange Hummin at Twisted Roots in the Mistwoods. Gather three Vine Cores from the eastern ruins, the western swamp and the northern cave, give them to Ron, then find Selens. The reward includes the perfume Binding Oath; keep it for A Fragrant Dream later.

Stars and the Knight (The Legend of Echoback Landing): after beating Aged Omega Sherro, talk to the Brave Susuta at Beachside Sandbars. It needs the Day and Night Switch and a Susuta-family Aniimo to Twine with. Follow the shiny shell, patrol with the Sparkly Shelly, wake the sleeping Shelly with shock waves, drive away the Susuta family, deliver Sherro's Shell Sword (from the Sherro fight), and give the new Shell Shovel to the Susuta.

Warrior: two different Journey quests are called Warrior. Current quest mapping points to Warrior (The Legend of Helmuts and Helgons) in the Russet Highlands, which the main story requires in the second half of Chapter 5. Player reports conflict, though, and some credit the three-day Warrior (The Legend of Thousand-Fang Ridge) you started at Student III. So this route completes both. Trail of the Wind may unlock when the Helmuts and Helgons Warrior is done; if it is still locked, it will unlock once the Thousand-Fang Warrior is also finished.

Wayfarer I at Pathfinder Level 40

Continue the Growth Story title ladder. At Level 40, with four of the five required Elite Training Chapter 3 tasks done, complete Promotion: Stardust's Blessing for the Grade I Wayfarer title.

Victory Badge rematch: after this promotion, Loulla can be challenged again for the Darknight Star badge.

I Wayfarer

The achievement unlocks when the Level 40 promotion finishes and you become Grade I Wayfarer. Reaching Level 40 alone is not enough; you have to pass the title assessment.

Wayfarer II at Pathfinder Level 45

At Level 45, with four of the five required Elite Training Chapter 4 tasks done, complete Promotion: Core's Nurture to become Wayfarer II. This is the second of the two promotions the mid-Chapter 5 gate needs. It opens the next story segment and Holo-Battle Sim.

Victory Badge rematch: after this promotion, Aster can be challenged again for the Stinging Thorns badge.

Holo Trainee

Enter Holo-Battle Sim and pick whichever of Grass, Water or Fire your strongest team counters best. Clear one of those three simulations; only one element is needed.

Holo Training Ace

Push the same element's Holo-Battle progression until Hard opens, then clear it on Hard. You don't need Hard clears in all three. Build for the final floor rather than racing the timer with an underleveled team.

Chapter 5: Ancient Sacred Fragrance, Second Half

Return to Ancient Sacred Fragrance once you are Pathfinder Level 45 and Wayfarer II. The last spice, the Incense of Courage in the Russet Highlands, is locked behind a Journey quest: talk to Sorora at Rainbow Woods and complete Warrior (The Legend of Helmuts and Helgons, recommended Lv 48). Restore Sorora's painting by following the Pawney legend clues around Twister Peaks and Vigilant Eyes. Twine with a Helmut to shatter the Dragonclaw Stone, pull out the Sword of Bravery, defeat Infergon, take the Flame Flower that grows there, and return to Sorora. Finishing it updates the main story objective, and the Flame Flower and its root complete Grace's A Fragrant Journey: Russet Highlands back in Bloomville. While you're in the Russet Highlands, the Scar-faced Helgon at Rainbow Woods (Clue: Dragon Legends I) starts Helmut's Island Adventure. Once that and Warrior are done, Island Adventure: Nightfall Tales starts at Rainbow Woods at a set time of day (join the Helgon and Rookey gathering). Continue the chapter until the next main-story gate at Rainbow of the Ground.

Windchaser: Silver

Push Breezy Plains collection to 60% while travelling the regions the story opens. Silver-level area collection also gives better ecosystem-control tools, which help with weather-dependent catches and the later Prismana grind.

Blessed Flow

Keep nurturing the Breezy Plains Branch with Vein resources until it reaches Level 6, Prismana Radiance. The achievement unlocks when the Branch hits that level.

Sparkling Bright

You need one Aniimo that is Sparkling and Prismana at once. The easy way: save a Sparkling Cube (from progression or current rewards) and use it on a confirmed Prismana spawn before catching it. Otherwise keep hunting Prismana Flows until the combined form appears. The achievement unlocks when you obtain it.

Level 50, Main Story Finale, and Egg Heist

Wayfarer III at Pathfinder Level 50

Reach Pathfinder Level 50, finish four of the five required Elite Training Chapter 5 tasks, and pass the next Growth Story promotion to Wayfarer III. Its practical assessment against Wendell is followed straight away by a rematch-style second fight with his team at Lv 50. This opens Operation: Egg Heist and clears the final main-story gate.

Victory Badge rematch: after this promotion, Wendell can be challenged again in his Elite Pathfinder rematch for the Sonata of the Wind badge. This is separate from the second fight inside the promotion.

Chapter 5: Rainbow of the Ground and A New Journey

Return to the Main Story and finish Rainbow of the Ground at Tideblossom Coast, then A New Journey. The quest named Rainbow of the Ground is not the same as the achievement with that name; the achievement needs Irisalis (see Walking with Irisalis below).

Check Windswept Epilogue once A New Journey is done. If it is still locked, leave it for the Journey sweep in the Breezy Plains Completion Sweep.

Brilliant Hues

Finish the Breezy Plains main-story lore line through the current ending. The achievement unlocks when the Breezy Plains story is complete, not when you befriend Irisalis. If it hasn't unlocked after A New Journey, check the Main Story/Lore tab for any unfinished Breezy Plains lore quest and complete it.

Operation: Egg Heist

Start Egg Heist as soon as Wayfarer III opens it. Learn the mode on a safe difficulty, then use successful extractions to build rank and loadout before pushing the high-difficulty achievements. The rank ladder is Rookie Egg Hunter, Rising Egg Scout, Pro Egg Snatcher, Elite Egg Seeker, Expert Egg Raider, Egg Heist Master, Egg Emperor. Rank Points only come from successful evacuations.

Egg-scape Unscathed

Play your first attempt conservatively and prioritise reaching an evacuation point over loot. The achievement unlocks on your first successful evacuation.

Rising Egg Scout

Keep extracting successfully to gain Egg Heist rank. Rising Egg Scout is the second rank on the ladder, so steady safe extractions beat repeated greedy failures.

Expert Egg Raider

Keep climbing until Expert Egg Raider, the fifth rank. Higher difficulties give more progress once your loadout can handle them, but don't trade a safe extraction for a slightly bigger haul.

Prismana Hoard

On the higher Egg Heist difficulties, collect Prismatic-quality collectibles. Evacuate safely with them rather than assuming pickups from a failed run count. Keep going until five Prismatic collectibles have registered.

Safe and Sound

Once you reach Pro Egg Snatcher IV, the Nightmare entry rank, and have an Epic loadout, enter Egg Heist Team Mode on Nightmare. Team Mode takes one to three players and can be queued solo. A premade team helps but isn't required. Build for survival and extraction, not loot. The achievement unlocks when you evacuate safely from Nightmare.

PATCHED / NO LONGER A CURRENT ISSUE: a console unlock problem with Safe and Sound was fixed on 29 September 2026. If you evacuated from Nightmare before that and it never popped, update and evacuate from Nightmare again.

Walking with Irisalis (Time-Limited)

TIME-LIMITED EVENT: the Walking with Irisalis Legendary Journey runs from 25 September to 10 December 2026 (UTC+8; 9 December in the Americas). No rerun or permanent source has been announced. Once it ends, Rainbow of the Ground may be unobtainable until Pawprint announces a new source. Befriend Irisalis at the first point after the main story where you hold 99 Irisalis Petals and a team that can beat a Grass Legendary. Don't wait for the Level 55-60 sweep.

Rainbow of the Ground

You need 99 Irisalis Petals. The Legendary Journey's How to Obtain panel lists nine one-time sources totalling 107 petals, with your progress on each; use it as the authoritative checklist for what you still have left. The sources are: main story 12, Gather 8, Journey quests 10, Alpha first clears 17, Elite Pathfinder challenges 7, Branch Nurture 18, Silver Collection Badges 14, Aniimo Topics 16, and Tracing the Trail event quests 5. Tracing the Trail is time-limited and ends on 9 December. The other eight are regular progress, but you still have to earn them before the Irisalis event ends. Weekly extras while the event runs: Stamp Shop petals (50 Windborn Stamps each, up to 4 a week), Breezy Mission Letter boxes from the Legendary Journey shop (each gives an Irisalis Flower worth 5 petals; costs Glimmer), and Faded Rainbow (50 Energy for 3 petals). Check the Walking with Irisalis event tab each week for the current rotation.

With 99 petals, open the Walking with Irisalis event tab and craft the Legendary Aniipod: Irisalis. The pod is not thrown like a normal Aniipod. It is the key that unlocks Irisalis's Rift, and crafting it adds a teleport to the Vein Rift encounter. Go in with your strongest team and healing ready. Irisalis is Grass type, so use Dark, Fire or Wind, and avoid Earth, Grass and Water attackers, which it resists. A healer such as Glacy helps. Current documentation reports that a full-team wipe no longer ejects you from the Rift; the Rift only closes after you successfully Twine. Defeat Irisalis, choose Soothe, then choose Become Allies to Twine and befriend it. The achievement ("Team up with Irisalis") should unlock when Irisalis joins you. If it doesn't, relaunch on the Xbox build before trying anything else.

Level 55 to 60 and the Final Progression Unlocks

Trailblazer I at Pathfinder Level 55

At Pathfinder Level 55, with four of the five required Elite Training Chapter 6 tasks done, finish the Growth Story promotion for Trailblazer I, Promotion: Meaning of Exploration. Its practical assessment is a duel with Senior Cecelia at Tideblossom Coast (recommended Lv 55; four Water-type Aniimo at Lv 55: Sherro, Piopiota, Erlath and Glacy; Grass, Lightning and Ice counter them). This raises the working Pathfinder cap to 60 and opens Holo-Battle Interlink.

Victory Badge rematch: after this promotion, Senior Cecelia can be challenged again in her Elite Pathfinder Rematch for the Cleaving Waves badge, the sixth Victory Badge (see Victory Badges).

I Trailblazer

The achievement unlocks when the Level 55 promotion finishes and you become Grade I Trailblazer. Reaching Level 55 without the promotion is not enough.

Interlink Star

Holo-Battle Interlink is live. It opens every Thursday 04:00 and closes Monday 03:59 server time (UTC+8 on the official notice), and needs Trailblazer I. Your squad has four slots; AI teammates can fill them, so you don't need a human group. Combat always uses Twine mode: one main Aniimo and three supports.

Each week three Alphas stand on three routes (Left, Middle, Right). Your Star Rank on a route depends on how much of that Alpha's HP you remove: up to 9 stars, then bonus steps, then Eliminate. Your best result on each route counts, and the three routes add up to a maximum of 60 Stars a week. Star Ranks reset weekly. Before the battle, the team leader picks one buff from a random set; take a damage buff. In a run where your own best doesn't rise, you only count as an Assisting Player. Matchmaking ignores combat power, so a premade group or AI teammates are often more reliable than random squads.

Pawprint confirms that route Star Ranks reset weekly, but not whether the achievement's 50-Star counter can carry over between cycles. The safest route, while that is unverified, is to reach 50 or more combined Stars within a single Thursday-Monday cycle, about 17 per route, using a team that counters that week's three Alphas. If it unlocks earlier through cumulative counting, nothing is lost.

Institute Senior

With Trailblazer I lifting the Level 55 cap, use every high-value progression source until Pathfinder Level 60. Claim Elite Training, Journey, Challenge, exploration and mode rewards as they come. The achievement unlocks at Level 60. No extra title promotion is required for it in the launch build.

Level 60 and the Last Victory Badge

With Level 60 reached, finish the Elite Pathfinder rematches. Cecelia's rematch is easiest once your main team is at the Level 60 cap.

Optional: at Level 60, with four of the five required Elite Training Chapter 7 tasks done, Instructor Lita's assessment (Assessment: Starlight's Witness) opens in Astra, followed by her Elite Pathfinder Rematch for the Glory Badge. Lita's Glory Badge is a seventh Elite badge and is not needed for any achievement. Her rematch (Lv 65 Prismana team, recommended Lv 70) is optional progression; its first clear does give an Irisalis Petal.

Victory Badges

Victory Badges come from Elite Pathfinder rematches, not from the promotion duels. Each badge holder can be challenged again after their promotion, and beating the rematch gives their badge. The six are: Wally — Spring of Life (after Student II); Senior Jilly — Bursting Fist (after Student III); Loulla — Darknight Star (after Wayfarer I); Aster — Stinging Thorns (after Wayfarer II); Wendell — Sonata of the Wind (after Wayfarer III); Senior Cecelia — Cleaving Waves (after Trailblazer I, Promotion: Meaning of Exploration). The achievement unlocks when the sixth of these badges is won. Lita's Glory Badge does not count toward it.

Cecelia's rematch is the hardest fight on the list. It is recommended at Lv 65 and fields the same four Water-type Aniimo (Sherro, Piopiota, Erlath, Glacy) at Lv 65 on a 5:00 limit, while your Aniimo are still capped at Level 60. Treat it as a build check: fully invest your main team, bring Grass, Lightning or Ice attackers (Grass hits all four), and bring healing. Cecelia's rematch first clear also gives an Irisalis Petal, and Elite Pathfinder challenges are one of the How to Obtain petal sources. If the counter is short, check Elite Training's Test of Strength tasks for the rematch you have missed.

Breezy Plains Completion Sweep

Finish Exploration Before Rare Hunting

Now turn the open world into one combined cleanup route. The same catches advance Windchaser: Gold, Aniilog Expert, Aniimology Expert, rare forms, research, Irisalis Petals and area badges, so do them together instead of separate full-map laps.

Trailblazer of the Plains

Visit every Breezy Plains area shown in the Nurture region picker. There are 14 in the launch list. Use the picker as a checklist and physically enter any area you haven't registered. The achievement unlocks when you have crossed every Breezy Plains area.

Sanctum Savant

Clear 10 different Sanctums. Only first clears count, so repeating an easy Sanctum doesn't help. Use your exploration sweep to enter new Sanctums until the tenth first clear registers.

Windswept Epilogue

If this didn't unlock after A New Journey, clear the Journey tab. The achievement's exact internal check has not been published. Some guides say "the ten regional Legends", but none shows evidence. Nothing establishes whether the Astra stories (including Mysterious Presence) count as Breezy Plains. So don't skip them: the fallback here is the complete Journey tab of the current build, 26 Journey chapters and 52 sections. That is all the Journey content in the game right now. Work through it in this order: the 14 Breezy Plains chapters, then the 10 Astra chapters, checking the achievement after each group. The ten Legends also pay 10 Irisalis Petals (one each), so do them before the Irisalis event ends. If every chapter shows 100% and the achievement is still locked, relaunch on the Xbox build: no Journey content is left, so it would be a registration problem. Recheck the chapter count after future updates, which may add Journeys.

The Journey tab shows each chapter's completion percentage, but a quest only appears once you've found its start. Most starts are a Clue or Rumor on the map after the region's Bloom is active, or an NPC you walk up to. Night steps need the Day and Night Switch (sun/moon button in the main menu). Some starts only appear in daytime. Catch a Susuta-family Aniimo, a Dewy, a Budsquire, a Helmut, a Bolty, a Fentuft-family Aniimo and a Tubster before you start, because those quests make you Twine with them. A Legend at 100% pays its Irisalis Petal, so ten Legend petals confirm the ten Legends are done. Diagnostic: when everything is found, the Journey tab shows 26 chapter cards (the Stars and the Knight card can appear separately with no quests of its own). Fewer cards means a start you haven't found. Activate every Bloom, then look for unvisited Clue and Rumor markers on the map, especially in the region of the missing chapter.

  • The Legend of Mist and Light: Binding Oath (see Trail of the Wind).
  • The Legend of Echoback Landing: Stars and the Knight (see Trail of the Wind); Everlasting Echoback Song, from the painter Sorora at Echoback Landing (at night, strike the echonite to learn the secret of the Echoback bones, pick up the Whalesong Blossom on the shore, then ask Sorora about his paintings); and A Fragrant Journey: Echoback Landing, from Elvira at Bloomville's entrance (make the Whalesong Blossoms bloom and bring one back).
  • The Legend of Flowers and Thorns: Flowers and Thorns - Sea of Flowers (Storyteller Budsquire; beat the four Lethal Thorns). Then A Fragrant Journey: Rosetower Woods, from Awen in Rosetower Woods during the day (get into Whiterose Tower, Twine with a Dewy to gather nectar at the top, brew and deliver the Whitesnow Rose Aromathyst, then ram the iron crate and stones to restore the gears). Then Flowers and Thorns - Rosetower Wood, from the Sharp Thornblade at Vein Abundance once Awen's quest reaches the tower entrance (Maze of Thorns, the First Lethal Thorn, Princess Melloblum and Maze of Thorns Tales 1-4). Finally Flowers and Thorns: Rosetower Wood - Sightseeing at Whiterose Tower (Twine with a Budsquire and hit the Cubbo's Rose).
  • The Legend of the Land of Falling Stars: A Fragrant Journey: Forest of Falling Stars, from Perfumer Dael outside the Celestis outpost (find the Treasured Large Starine in the outpost and give it to Dael).
  • The Legend of Thousand-Fang Ridge: Warrior (the three-day campfire quest). Then Fists I, from Icho at the Argent Strait Outpost after Warrior. Then Fists II, after you defeat Alpha Scorchhowl at Frigid Waters, Alpha Glynsera and the nighttime Glynsera, Old Recas, and talk to Icho. Plus A Fragrant Journey: Beast Fang Ridge, from Ranka at the Bloomville lake, after the Fragrant Emberpup talk in Warrior (help Ranka's Emberpup get Flareburst Flowers).
  • Legend of the Thunderlands: An Answer from the Heavens, from the Calling Bolty at Electric Flow in Blitzwood (Twine with a Bolty, make a call under the Blitz Tree, find the Golden Answer, reply to the Frizzy Young Bolty). Plus A Fragrant Journey: Blitzwood (give the Golden Answer to Avetine).
  • The Legend of Helmuts and Helgons: Warrior (the story quest), Helmut's Island Adventure, Island Adventure: Nightfall Tales and A Fragrant Journey: Russet Highlands (see the second half of Chapter 5).
  • The Legend of the Bell of Freedom: Fly Free!, from the Grumpy Chirpi in the Argent Strait (recruit a Cornet and a Tromber, practise with the gulls, get a Tubster and Twine with or release it through the band steps, then find what Perfumer Zephyro left behind).
  • The Legend of the Berylline Vale: The Perfect Path, from Johnny at Mudstone Pass (find the mud ball's owner, meet Jenny, win Johnny's race; it may need a real-time wait between steps). Plus A Fragrant Journey: Berylline Vale (gather Stoneflower Dew at Mudstone Pass for Marlowe).
  • The Legend of Driftwise Meadow: Fentufts and the Nimbi, from the Super Happy Fentuft (Twine with a Fentuft-family Aniimo, collect the Joyous Tuftballs, help the Nimbi and the Bittersweet Bloom). Plus A Fragrant Journey: Driftwise Meadow, from Perfumer Fantine north of the Driftwise Meadow Bloom (gather Bittersweet Dew).
  • Tideblossom Coast Notes: Is That a... Lighthouse?, from the Bulbly at the Tideblossom Coast cliff at night. Catch Alpha Luminelle first. Collect the six Treasures of the Sea and Where to Find Them books along the coast, then tell the Bulbly a story.
  • Bloomville Notes: Come Out, Floret, from Clovis in Bloomville during the day. Catch all six regional forms of Iris and keep all six in storage when you talk to Clovis. If you released any, recatch them; players report the quest stays pending otherwise.
  • Family Reunion: from Odd Hexxin in the Mistwoods. Find her seven Hummin children around Twisted Roots and the Mistwoods.
  • A Fragrant Dream (after A New Journey): check the seedling at Tideblossom Coast (Sink into the Colorless Dream). Then give color to the ten Colorless Dreams around the Amethyst Tree seedling, each with one perfume earned from the Journeys above. Crescendo takes Freedom's Breeze (Fly Free!). Lightning takes Golden Wish (An Answer from the Heavens plus A Fragrant Journey: Blitzwood). Thousand-Fang takes Heartfire Orange (Warrior, Thousand-Fang Ridge, plus A Fragrant Journey: Beast Fang Ridge). Echoback takes Whisper of Longing (Everlasting Echoback Song plus A Fragrant Journey: Echoback Landing). Tornado takes Eternal Red (Warrior, Helmuts and Helgons, plus A Fragrant Journey: Russet Highlands). Driftwise takes Heart's Resonance (Fentufts and the Nimbi plus A Fragrant Journey: Driftwise Meadow). Glimmer takes Binding Oath (Binding Oath). Berylline takes Perfect Mistake (The Perfect Path plus A Fragrant Journey: Berylline Vale). Rosetower takes Home (Flowers and Thorns - Rosetower Wood plus A Fragrant Journey: Rosetower Woods). Falling Stars takes Peace of Mind (A Fragrant Journey: Forest of Falling Stars). All ten give the Prismana Iris Egg, the Irisals Hymn appearance and the Fragrant Dream Voyager badge.
  • Mysterious Presence (Astra): interact with the glitch sign outside ChillBeanz. Ask Reno nearby, then Dr. Bohr in the Polaris Institute Main Hall, then the Holo-Lab engineer Nova. Collect Voxel Cubes in Astra's Northside in batches between Holo-Lab visits, then fix the holo-device malfunctions. After Nova explains what happened, Jiff at Super Claw starts Mysterious Presence - Super Claw Malfunction (check the holo projector on the roof and report back).
  • Lost Scorchhowl (Astra): the anxious boy in front of FunTown. Check Wolfie's, restore the shrunken Scorchhowl with a Growth Agaric, then check the Piano Steps and the Lumen.
  • Helpful Pranky (Astra): the Pranky Seeker. Check the three Prankies in Boomblast Arena park (west, east, middle), show the collar to Leafy's owner, then talk to Pippi's owner.
  • Power of Homesickness (Astra): Cozite in the Polaris Institute Main Hall (suggested Lv 25). Talk to Bohr, reach Sandcastle Hill in Zephyrus Landbridge, take a photo and show it to Cozite.
  • Architecture and Models (Astra): photographer Lucas at Lumen / Horizon Square. Pose a Celestis, a Nimbi, a Helmwhelp and a Luminelle in front of the buildings he names, then meet him at ChillBeanz.
  • Nimbi's Favorite Accessory (Astra): the Stylish Girl at Shanel. Check the hat, bow tie and glasses, then find the Nimbi at ChillBeanz.
  • That's Art! Not Scribbles! (Astra, four parts): Shulala at Horizon Square. Bring a Panpanta, then a Bouldus, then a Pomegg, then a Budclaw.
  • Collect Voxel Coins (Astra): Starlet at the Starwish Coin Exchange Counter. Give her a Starine, then hunt Voxel Coins in Eco Park, outside Shanel and on a Celestis's tail, handing over a Starine each round.
  • Aniimo Style Contest (Astra): Oscar at Horizon Square (suggested Lv 25). Sign up, complete the match, then equip an accessory on an Aniimo.
  • Rolling Pomegg (Astra): Gurulu north of Horizon Square. Chase the Pomegg via the seesaw by Super Claw and ChillBeanz, including its second floor.

Aniilog Expert

Fill the Aniilog to 80 recorded species. Work from the actual missing entries in your Index rather than catching random duplicates, and combine it with Windchaser collection gaps so one hunt advances both.

Aniimology Expert

Raise the Breezy Plains Aniilog to Level 9. It has 12 levels, driven by Research Points (the first level needs 500). Research Points come from each Aniimo's own research tasks: catch it, defeat it, use its skills and Ultimate, evolve it, own elite, Sparkling, Alpha or Prismana versions, and element-specific defeats. Field Notes, Topics and Sparkling catches also give points. Research gathered in the field has to be synced at a Research Console before it counts. Fold research tasks into the collection sweep, and sync at a console regularly.

Windchaser: Gold

Raise overall Breezy Plains collection to 100%. Use each area's catch-completion page to find the remaining basic forms and their conditions. Weather-locked and time-dependent entries are usually the last gaps, so use the ecosystem controls from earlier area badges rather than waiting when the game lets you change conditions.

PATCHED / NO LONGER A CURRENT ISSUE: a console unlock problem with Windchaser: Gold was fixed in the 29-30 September 2026 patches. If you earned the Gold badge before then and the achievement never popped, update the game and relaunch on the Xbox build.

Wanderer’s Might

Keep nurturing until the Breezy Plains Branch reaches Level 15, Wanderer's Might. That is far beyond the Level 6 needed for Blessed Flow, so feed the Branch steadily during the sweep instead of saving resources for the end.

Rare Aniimo Cleanup

Do the dedicated rare-form grind after collection work has improved the ecosystem and badge bonuses. That beats forcing every rare achievement early.

If you haven't befriended Irisalis yet and the Walking with Irisalis event is still running (until 10 December 2026 UTC+8), do it before anything else here. See Walking with Irisalis in the Level 50 section.

Over the Rainbow

Obtain and keep 10 Prismana Aniimo. Trigger Prismana Flows through Nurture, follow their beams, and catch the marked Prismana targets. Area collection bonuses help this hunt, which is why it comes after most of the Breezy Plains sweep.

Six-Star Supremacy

If this didn't unlock while you built your main combat Aniimo, finish the Resonance investment now and ascend that Aniimo to six stars. Only start a second expensive candidate if the first is blocked by a material you can't reasonably get.

Final Account and Daily Cleanup

Counters That May Outlast the Story

At this point, check the achievement counters before doing unfocused farming. What's left should be a few explicit totals, daily systems, or a co-op step.

Welcome Home

If the RV is still below Level 8, put Homeland materials and prerequisites into the RV until the Level 8 upgrade finishes. Do it before extra cosmetic building, because RV progress also supports Home Orders.

Supreme Supplier

Keep filling every available Home Order until the counter reaches 80. This is often one of the last achievements because the board refreshes daily. Hand in orders as soon as they're ready; saving them gains nothing.

Aniimo Treasure Team

If fewer than five camp trips have finished, keep the expedition slots full and collect each return promptly. The achievement unlocks on the fifth completed trip, not on sending the fifth group out.

Challenge Ace

If 50 Pathfinder Challenges haven't registered, keep clearing the daily set. If Institute Senior is also unfinished, use these runs for Level 60 materials and currency.

Chest Chaser

If 200 chests haven't registered, stop relying on finding them by chance and sweep region by region. Mark finished subregions so you don't revisit dense areas.

Alpha Predator

If you are short of 20 Alpha/Omega defeats, run a loop of known Alpha spawns plus any available Omegas. Defeats count; you don't need to catch all 20.

Hatching Plans

Keep Hatchinators busy until you see the tenth hatch. If a hatch finishes while you're away, collect and view it so the progress registers.

Box of Badges

If you are under 20 badges, finish the cheapest outstanding area Collection Badges and claim any completed rewards waiting in the Badge panel. The achievement counts badges you hold, so unclaimed rewards don't help.

Cashflow

If you haven't spent 500,000 Credits in total, spend on completion-useful supplies, upgrades, catches and Homeland progress. Don't buy junk just to drain the balance while you still have useful upgrades to buy.

Dressed for the Part

If your wardrobe has fewer than five outfits, claim free or event outfits first, then use normal shop options if needed. The trigger is owning five outfits, not wearing five looks.

Hearts in Tune

If your partner hasn't reached Bond Level 5, keep doing eligible co-op and relationship actions with that one friend until it does.

Friends in Focus

If this is your last social achievement, start a fresh Companion Mode session with your friend, open the Photo Studio, take one valid two-player picture, and check whether it unlocked. If it didn't, leave the session before trying again rather than taking dozens of shots in a session that already failed.

Completion Check

As of 2026-10-02, all 64 achievements and 1,000 Gamerscore are obtainable. Rainbow of the Ground depends on the Walking with Irisalis event, which is scheduled to end on 10 December 2026 (UTC+8). Interlink Star depends on the weekly Holo-Battle Interlink rotation.

Before assuming a missing unlock is bugged, check what actually triggers it: a claimed badge, not a completed condition; a successful extraction, not collected loot; a caught Alpha, not a defeated one; a completed promotion, not raw Pathfinder Level; a rematch badge, not the first promotion duel (and Cecelia's Cleaving Waves, not Lita's Glory Badge); Irisalis befriended through Soothe and Become Allies, not just a crafted pod; and a completed friend action, not just entering the mode. If you play on more than one platform, remember that one-off actions may need to be repeated on the Xbox build.
