▶Before You Start
▶What You Need to Know
Brainrot Kart currently has 25 achievements worth 1,250 Gamerscore: 20 base-game achievements for 1,000G, four Title Update achievements for 200G, and one Title Update 2 achievement for 50G. The Xbox release uses one Xbox Play Anywhere achievement list across Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows rather than separate stacks. The title-update achievements come with the current game version, so make sure the game is fully updated before you start.
There is no campaign route to replay. Completion is a short sequence of repeatable races. You win once, try to hit yourself with a batch of thrown and dropped items, use two items on yourself, and let bots hit you with the rest. Anything the self-hit methods don't unlock is reported to come from bots during the bot-hit races, so the route doesn't rely on a self-hit working.
- Current list: 25 achievements / 1,250G, made up of 20 base-game achievements (1,000G), four Title Update achievements (200G) and one Title Update 2 achievement (50G).
- Minimum practical playthroughs: one completion session. There is no campaign playthrough requirement.
- Missables: none. Every achievement requirement can be retried in later races.
- Difficulty requirements: none. Bot difficulty is a tool here, not a requirement: low for the win, Locked In for item farming.
- Online/co-op requirements: none. Every achievement can be earned offline with bots and self-hits.
- Point of no return: none. Races are repeatable and return you to the menu afterward.
- Current obtainability: no achievement is CURRENTLY CONFIRMED UNOBTAINABLE or CURRENTLY CONFIRMED DISCONTINUED as of 2026-10-13.
Offline mode is solo against up to seven bots, on three bot difficulties: Dog Water, Moggable and Locked In. The Xbox Store lists couch multiplayer, but the game has no option for it and extra controllers do nothing. The store also advertises 2-8 player online multiplayer, which on console requires Game Pass Essential, Premium or Ultimate. Hosting and joining online lobbies has been reported as not working. Online multiplayer is CURRENTLY COMMUNITY-FLAGGED / BUGGY as of 2026-09-19. Ignore it for completion.
After every race the game sends you back to the main menu and resets all race settings to default. Recheck difficulty, AI count, and laps every time you start a race.
The main source of variance is the random item pool. There is no verified way to influence which item you get, so grab every item box you can. The game gives poor feedback when something hits you, so the achievement pop is your only reliable confirmation.
▶First Race
▶Get the Basics Out of the Way
Start an Offline race on Dog Water difficulty with 1 AI and 1 lap. Drive normally and make winning your only priority.
▶Played
Played50G
Play your first race. This can unlock during the race rather than waiting for the results screen; a win is not required.
▶Win
Win100G
Finish first in that same race. The achievement unlocks for winning your first race.
Once both achievements are done, stop prioritizing race results. The rest of the list is item interactions.
▶Self-Hit Race
The self-hit methods below are reported to work but are not independently confirmed on every item, so treat this race as a quick attempt rather than a requirement. Set up a long race: max laps, any difficulty, any AI count. Based Bay works well. Drive back and forth through the first cluster of power-up boxes so you keep rolling new items. You do not need to finish the race.
▶Thrown and Dropped Items
Thrown ball items are reported to hit your own kart if you back up against a wall or rail and fire them. Treat this as an optional attempt, not established behavior. An earlier developer patch made projectiles pass through objects such as checkpoints instead of bouncing, and wall rebounds have not been independently confirmed on Xbox. If your shots fly straight through or away, don't keep spending item rolls on it. Dropped items such as the plushie are reported to hit you if you drop them while sitting in the middle of a power-up cluster. Check for the achievement pop after each attempt and try again with the next copy of that item. If a self-hit still hasn't unlocked an achievement after several attempts, stop forcing it. For MLG, hit a bot with it during the bot-hit races. For the others, being hit by a bot's copy of the item is the reported fallback.
▶MLG
MLG50G
MLG is a ball item, and the achievement says to hit a player with it. Hitting yourself is reported to count, so try rebounding MLG off a solid wall into your kart. Wall rebounds are not confirmed. If that doesn't unlock it, fire MLG at a bot directly ahead of you during the bot-hit races. Close range on a straight is the easiest shot.
▶Cornball
Cornball50G
Get hit by a Cornball. It is a ball item, so try firing it at yourself using the wall method. If that doesn't work, a bot hitting you with it is the reported fallback.
▶Hawk a player's tuah
Get hit by the Hawk Tuah ball. Try firing it at yourself using the wall method. If that doesn't work, a bot hitting you with it is the reported fallback.
▶Hood Irony
Hood Irony50G
Get hit by the Hood Irony ball. Try firing it at yourself using the wall method. If that doesn't work, a bot hitting you with it is the reported fallback.
▶Locked in
Locked in50G
Get hit by the Locked In Alien ball. Try firing it at yourself using the wall method. If that doesn't work, a bot hitting you with it is the reported fallback.
▶Plush
Plush28G
Get hit by the plushie. The plushie is a dropped item, not a thrown one, so drop it while sitting in the middle of the power-up cluster. If that doesn't work, a bot hitting you with it is the reported fallback.
▶Pizza
Pizza50G
Get hit by the pizza. Try the wall method, or drop it while sitting in the power-up cluster. If neither works, a bot hitting you with it is the reported fallback.
▶420 Quickscope
The requirement says to hit players with the 420 Quickscope, so the reliable method is hitting bots. Whenever it appears during the bot-hit races, get directly behind a bot and fire it. Keep landing clear hits until the achievement unlocks; whether one hit is enough is not confirmed. If it shows up during the self-hit race, a wall self-hit costs nothing to try, but it is not confirmed to count.
▶Items You Use on Yourself
These two can be done with your own item use, so they belong in this same race.
▶Is it?
Is it?40G
The trigger is becoming Massive. Is it? is a usable item from the power-up boxes. Use it as soon as you roll it, and your kart turns Massive.
▶Egypt
Egypt50G
Title Update achievement. The requirement is to buy a property in Egypt. The Property in Egypt item has a pyramid icon, and just picking it up does nothing. Using it on yourself is reported to count, so park on a power-up spawn and keep using items until you roll the pyramid, then use it. If that doesn't unlock the achievement, a bot using it on you is the reported fallback, so keep an eye out for it during the bot-hit races.
▶Bot-Hit Races
▶Effects You Need to Receive
For the rest of the list, the reported method is letting bots use the right item on you. Not every item's bot behavior has been individually confirmed, but this is the standard approach and no exceptions are known. Set up Locked In difficulty, 7 AI, and max laps on any map. Stay in the middle of the pack instead of escaping into first place, keep collecting boxes, and give the bots time to attack. Because the bots are poor at landing items, these achievements decide your total completion time.
Do not assume that simply seeing an item in your own inventory satisfies one of these achievements. The trigger is being hit by the named attack or receiving the named effect.
Bots sometimes get stuck on walls or corners and stop attacking. If most of the field is stuck or far away and nothing is reaching you, quit or finish the race and start a new one. Re-enter Locked In, 7 AI and max laps, because the settings reset after every race. If bots keep getting stuck on the same map, switch to a simpler track such as Ohio Oval or Endless Edging. If they still keep stranding themselves, try Moggable difficulty. It isn't confirmed to bring more item hits, but it may keep the bots moving. Any thrown or dropped item still locked from the self-hit race can also come from bots in these races, since those achievements are reported to unlock when another racer hits you with the item.
▶Flashbang
Flashbang40G
Get hit by a Flashbang. The achievement unlocks when a bot triggers the Flashbang against you.
▶Job Application
Get hit by the Job Application effect. The achievement unlocks when a bot successfully sends it to you.
▶Remember these?
Get hit by the Vine videos. The achievement unlocks when a bot sends the Vine effect to you.
▶Eeffoc
Eeffoc40G
Get hit by the Eeffoc video. The achievement unlocks when that video effect reaches you.
▶😭Son
😭Son40G
Get hit by the tuff baby video. The achievement unlocks when the video effect is applied to you.
▶67
6767G
Get hit by the 67 projectile. The achievement unlocks on the hit, not from merely rolling the item yourself.
▶Phone Call
Phone Call75G
Receive a Phone Call from John Pork. The reported trigger is a bot using this item on you, so stay in the pack and let the bots cycle items until the call comes through.
▶Did he?
Did he?40G
The trigger is getting the unc snap video. Rolling the item yourself is not reported to count. Let a bot send the Did unc snap? video to you.
▶So satisfying
The trigger is watching the Satisfying Video. Rolling the item yourself is not reported to count. Let a bot send the Satisfying Video to you.
▶Pipes
Pipes50G
Title Update achievement. Get hit by the pipe. Let a bot use the Pipes power-up on you; the achievement unlocks when it hits.
▶Jeff
Jeff50G
Title Update achievement. Get hit by the Jeff jumpscare. The achievement unlocks when a bot sends the Jeff jumpscare to you.
▶By the way
By the way50G
Title Update achievement. The literal requirement is to say "by the way" again. The reported trigger is a bot using the By the way power-up on you, and there is no known way to trigger it yourself. Keep racing in the pack until a bot uses it on you, and do not assume a hidden repeat count.
▶Skeleton
Skeleton50G
Title Update 2 achievement. See the running skeleton. The reported trigger is a bot using the Skeleton power-up on you, and there is no known way to trigger it yourself. Keep racing in the pack until it reaches you.
▶Final Cleanup
▶Finish the Random Item Rolls
At this point, check which achievements are still locked and farm only their trigger type.
For a missing Is it?, go back to a long self-hit race and use the item as soon as you roll it.
For a missing thrown or dropped item achievement (Cornball, Hawk a player's tuah, Hood Irony, Locked in, Plush, Pizza) or Egypt, one more self-hit race is worth a try. If the self-hit isn't working for you, run bot-hit races instead and let the bots deliver it.
For MLG or 420 Quickscope, stay close behind bots during a bot-hit race and fire the item at them whenever it appears.
For a missing bot-hit achievement, run Locked In, 7 AI and max laps, stay in the middle of the pack, and keep collecting boxes while the bots attack. There is no verified fixed item cycle or guaranteed number of boxes before a specific item appears, so keep racing until the right effect actually reaches you.
Online multiplayer is not needed and is not reliable. If you do manage to join a working online lobby, a partner could fire the remaining bot-hit items at you, but the offline route above covers everything.
Do not restart your save, reinstall the game, or manipulate cloud saves just because one random item has not appeared. There is no completion-critical save state to protect here; the efficient answer is simply another race and more item rolls.
