Before You Start

One Lonely Outpost has 31 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore. Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC share one achievement list through Smart Delivery and Xbox Play Anywhere, so anything you unlock on the PC version counts for your Xbox profile. There is no DLC, no multiplayer, and nothing online.

The game ships with a developer console that includes commands for unlocking achievements. This guide uses that console. It turns a long farming-sim completion into a few minutes of typing.

  • Platform for this route: the PC version through the Xbox app. Every known report of this method comes from the PC version, and several are labeled PC only. No report shows the console opening on an Xbox console, so plan to use PC.
  • Ownership: One Lonely Outpost left Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on August 31, 2026. You now need to own it. A purchase on Xbox includes the PC version through Play Anywhere.
  • Missables: none on this route. Every achievement can be unlocked from any save at any time.
  • Playthroughs: one save, used only to get into the game world.
  • Current status (checked October 2, 2026): TrueAchievements currently marks 100% Omninac and One Lonely Perfectionist as Partly Discontinued/Unobtainable and says they require the PC console-command route. The shared Xbox list can still be completed with the console commands on the Windows PC version.
  • Patches: The Big Bug Squash update (July 9, 2026) and Patch 1.0.2 (October 1, 2026) are confirmed for Steam. That doesn't prove the Microsoft Store / Xbox app Windows build got the same patches. Nobody has independently confirmed that the Xbox app build matches Steam, or how its console behaves since Patch 1.0.2. Neither set of patch notes mentions the console.

Why Use the Console

Doing it the normal way means a long seasonal farming run: 60 affection with 16 colonists, a fully upgraded colony and Omnitool, every gnome, a festival top prize, and a fully completed Omninac.

100% Omninac is CURRENTLY COMMUNITY-FLAGGED / BUGGY as of October 2, 2026. TrueAchievements currently marks it, and One Lonely Perfectionist, which needs every other achievement, as Partly Discontinued/Unobtainable and says both require the PC console-command route. Players who had done everything they could find got stuck short of the 530 Omnistars the game's code expects, nobody has been confirmed to earn it legitimately, and no patch note mentions a fix. Even if you play normally, plan to finish both with the console.

If you only have an Xbox console and no Windows PC, this guide can't take you all the way to 100%. The normal route is very long, and 100% Omninac and One Lonely Perfectionist currently aren't considered obtainable without the PC commands.

What You Need

  • One Lonely Outpost installed from the Xbox app on a Windows PC, signed in with your Xbox profile.
  • A keyboard. You need it to open the console and type commands.
  • A save file. A brand-new character works fine.

Command Route

Step 1: Load Into the World

  1. Launch the PC version and start a new game, or load any save.
  2. Get through character creation until you can move your character in the world.
  3. Press the console key to open the console. It drops down from the top of the screen. Which key it is depends on your keyboard layout. On a US layout it's the tilde/backtick key directly below Esc. On a German layout it's documented as Ö, and on a Spanish layout as ñ. On other layouts, try the key in the same physical position below Esc.

The command names below are listed in their wiki-documented capitalization. Type them exactly as shown, including spaces. Sources disagree on whether capitalization matters, so matching it exactly removes any doubt.

Step 2: Unlock Everything

  1. Type UnlockAllAchievements and press Enter.
  2. Leave the game alone while the pop-ups come in. The command unlocks achievements one by one about half a second apart, so give it at least a minute.
  3. Expect up to 30 unlocks. In most reports, the final completion achievement doesn't unlock from this command.

One Lonely Perfectionist

This unlocks when the game awards its completion achievement. Players regularly report that the all-achievements command skips it.

  • Once the other 30 have popped, open the console and type UpdateAchievement Platinum, then press Enter.
  • If it doesn't pop, check that the other 30 are actually unlocked on your profile (Step 3), then enter the command again.

Step 3: Check for Gaps

Type ShowAchievementInfo to list every achievement with an indicator showing whether it's unlocked. You can also check your achievement list in the Xbox app.

For any achievement that's missing, use its individual command from the next section. These commands add progress toward an achievement rather than forcing the unlock outright. If one doesn't pop on the first try, enter it again.

Do not type ResetAchievements. It is a real command, and it resets achievements.

Individual Achievement Commands

You only need this section if Step 2 left something locked. Each entry has its fallback command and a short note on the normal in-game requirement.

Farm and Colony

A crop out of this world

Command: UpdateAchievement FirstCrop

Normally: harvest your first crop.

Shoo!

Command: UpdateAchievement SprayQwerty

Normally: hit Qwerty with the Omnitool Spray five times to drive it away. If one command entry doesn't unlock it, repeat the command until it pops.

Happy Birthday!

Command: UpdateAchievement Birthday

Normally: celebrate a colonist's birthday.

Explorer

Command: UpdateAchievement Explorer

Normally: survey every region. DiscoverAllRegions is a separate command that marks every region as discovered. It is not confirmed to trigger the achievement, so use the achievement command first.

Wisdom Genes

Command: UpdateAchievement WisdomGenes

Normally: get the Brain Crop seed from the gene-splicing machine.

Hungry for Sleep

Command: UpdateAchievement HungryForSleep

Normally: eat the A'ano-i'a dish and pass out from it.

PGPie Restrictions

Command: UpdateAchievement PGPie

Normally: deliver a cake to Norm's office to lift his weekly restriction. Upgrading to the V3 Colony Hub blocks the normal way into his office, so the command is the easiest fix on a late save.

Orbital!

Command: UpdateAchievement Orbital

Normally: win the top reward tier at the Colony Founding Day festival.

Cute Squad

Command: UpdateAchievement CuteSquad

Normally: have seven Mystic Beasts following you at once.

Happy Farm

Command: UpdateAchievement HappyFarm

Normally: have six cows and four chickens all at full happiness.

Space Gnomes

Command: UpdateAchievement SpaceGnomes

Normally: craft every gnome and place them all on your farm.

Renovator

Command: UpdateAchievement Renovator

Normally: fully upgrade the colony.

OmniUpgrade

Command: UpdateAchievement OmnitoolUpgrade

Normally: buy every Omnitool upgrade.

100% Omninac

Command: UpdateAchievement FullOmninac

Normally: unlock every Omninac entry and collect every Omnistar. As covered in Before You Start, the legitimate route is currently flagged as unobtainable, so the console command is the working route. The FullOmni command only reveals entries visually and does not count toward the achievement, so use the achievement command.

Colonist Affection

Each of these normally means reaching 60 affection with that colonist. The command uses the game's internal name for each colonist, and a few of those differ from the achievement title. Copy them exactly.

Troubleshooting

If Something Won't Pop

  • The console won't open: make sure you're in the game world, not a menu or cutscene, and that a keyboard is connected. The console key depends on your keyboard layout: tilde/backtick below Esc on US, Ö on German, ñ on Spanish. If your layout isn't listed, try the key in the same physical position below Esc.
  • Nothing happens after a command: check the spelling against this guide and keep the space between the command and the name. The console doesn't print error messages by default, so a typo just does nothing.
  • Everything popped except the final completion achievement: use UpdateAchievement Platinum as described under One Lonely Perfectionist.
  • The console won't open at all on a current build: nobody has independently confirmed how the console behaves on the Xbox app build after Patch 1.0.2. A later update may have changed console access, and no workaround is known.
  • The Xbox app shows something locked that the game says is unlocked: close the game, wait a few minutes for the sync, then relaunch and check again before re-entering commands.
