▶Before You Start
Spiritfarer has 39 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore. The Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows (Microsoft Store) versions share one achievement list. Check the store for whether it's currently on Game Pass. Everything is offline and single-player. The free updates (Lily, Beverly, and Jackie and Daria, now bundled as the Farewell Edition) added no new achievements, but they did raise the requirements of several existing ones. This guide follows the current requirements.
The game continues after the ending. When you finish Stella's Last Voyage, the credits roll and you return to a save from just before the voyage. Almost everything can be cleaned up afterwards. The exceptions are covered below.
Local co-op adds nothing. Achievements go to the signed-in Player 1 account only, so play solo.
▶Missables and Points of No Return
- Ecstatic mood, every spirit. Stoked needs every spirit to reach Ecstatic at least once, and there's no way to check or fix a spirit's mood after they leave through the Everdoor. Before every departure, confirm the spirit has hit Ecstatic. This is a true missable: a spirit released without it costs you an earlier save or a new game.
- Daria is the most dangerous case. She lives on Overbrook and is only interactable there. Get her to Ecstatic well before her questline ends. The last chance is the final conversation on Overbrook before she boards for the Everdoor.
- Elena dislikes hugs and hates her house being improved. Keep Atul and Gustav aboard until she's Ecstatic, and leave her Cubicle improvements for last.
- Sealed Lips and Loose Lips are two answers to the same question from Astrid. One save line can only give one answer. See the next section.
- More Than 15%: the Furogawa tour actually takes place on Gurenu Fields. Carry at least 50 Glim and accept the tip prompt at the end.
- Obols: the game has only a spare or two, so don't waste any. The Greymist Peaks Obol exchange is optional but recommended. If you do it, save first and make sure all three returned Obols are in your inventory before you leave. The Opening the Mist section has the details.
- Feedorama is not missable, but it's slow. Sign up as soon as you can, because unsubscribing needs many in-game days of deliveries first.
Stella's Last Voyage is the final story mission. Finish everything else first. If you do start it early, you'll be returned to just before it afterwards, so nothing is lost.
▶The Forced Releases
Spiritfarer gates its three ocean barriers behind Spirit Flowers, and a Spirit Flower comes only from releasing a spirit. Flowers are spent when you buy the upgrade. A released spirit's flower doesn't go straight into your inventory: after each departure, collect it from the spirit's empty house (usually by the bed) before visiting Albert.
- Icebreaker: 1 flower. Gwen is the only spirit you can realistically finish before it.
- Rock Destroyer: 2 more flowers. In practice these are Summer and Alice.
- Mist Cleaner 1000: 3 more flowers on the current version. That makes six releases in total before the Mist. Albert's Shipyard shows the cost if you want to double-check.
Bruce & Mickey and Elena can't be finished before the Mist Cleaner, and Atul and Gustav need to stay for Elena. The Mist releases therefore come from Giovanni, Astrid, Stanley, and Beverly. This guide releases Giovanni, Astrid, and Beverly, and keeps Stanley, Atul, and Gustav. Swapping Beverly and Stanley also works.
Every release in this list has to be preceded by Ecstatic. Forced releases are where most Stoked runs fail.
▶Ecstatic Mood
Ecstatic is the rightmost mood face on a spirit's status. It only has to light up once per spirit, and different spirits don't need to be Ecstatic at the same time. The mood bar doesn't need to be full: watch the face icon, not the dot.
Mood comes from stacking buffs:
- Their favorite food. Feeding the same liked dish again refreshes its buff rather than stacking it. A favorite-food buff and a separate liked-food buff do stack, so feed a favorite plus a different liked dish. This helps a lot with Elena.
- Hugs, except for Elena.
- Their house and its improvements.
- Other spirits. Atul and Gustav playing music give a large buff to spirits who like it. Bruce & Mickey bully other spirits and drag their mood down.
Favorite foods:
- Gwen: Black Coffee
- Atul: Pork Chops
- Summer: Grain Salad
- Alice: Veggie-Pot Pie
- Astrid: Noodle Soup
- Giovanni: Beef Fondue
- Gustav: Surströmming (made in the Cellar)
- Bruce & Mickey: Garlic Bread
- Stanley: French Fries
- Buck: Tomato Pizza
- Elena: Green Salad (leafy vegetable plus fat)
- Beverly: Laksa (Fireglow plus Rice Flour)
- Jackie: Chilaquiles (Fireglow plus Corn Flour)
- Daria: Apple
Required for Stoked: Gwen, Atul, Summer, Alice, Astrid, Giovanni, Gustav, Bruce & Mickey, Stanley, Elena, Beverly, Jackie, and Daria. Thunder Lotus's Farewell Edition update explicitly added Jackie and Daria to the mood achievements, so both are required. Older guides that leave them out predate that update.
Safest route: get Buck Ecstatic too. Whether he counts hasn't been confirmed either way, but he stays aboard all game and is easy to please. Lily has no mood and doesn't count.
The game can't show a departed spirit's mood, so keep your own record. Use this list as a tracker, not a release order. Note each spirit the moment you see their Ecstatic face, and check the list before every departure:
- Gwen
- Atul
- Summer
- Alice
- Astrid
- Giovanni
- Beverly
- Bruce & Mickey
- Daria
- Gustav
- Stanley
- Jackie
- Elena
- Buck (safety measure)
▶Saves and the Astrid Choice
The game has three save slots. Each slot is a separate playthrough, and the game autosaves frequently. You can't copy a slot from inside the game.
Sealed Lips and Loose Lips come from the same question. The usual method is to save before the conversation and give one answer. The achievement pops once that dialogue finishes. Quit straight away without saving, then reload and give the other answer. It's been reported to work, but timing matters, because the game may autosave right after the choice. Treat it as worth trying, not guaranteed. The route says what to do if it fails.
▶The Opening Waters
▶Gwen and the First Islands
Gwen's opening quests teach the basics: Albert's Shipyard, the Guest House, the Kitchen, the Field, and the first resource islands. Meeting Gwen and Atul also gives you your first Obols.
Several cumulative achievements start here. None needs special attention, but knowing about them now saves cleanup later:
- Francis, the traveling plant merchant, starts offering errands after a few visits. His board refreshes about a day after you complete an errand, and he won't post new ones until you clear the current ones. Keep accepting them.
- Raccoon Inc. shops: buying and selling at them, and selling to Francis, all count toward the shop achievements.
- Alex's bus stops are fast travel. Use them whenever they save a sailing trip.
- Albert tells a joke when you talk to him at the Shipyard.
▶Monkey 101
Monkey 10110G
Complete one errand for Francis. The achievement unlocks when you hand in the first errand.
▶Dad Mode
Dad Mode15G
Albert tells one joke per visit when you talk to him, and you need ten. In the current version he usually tells it as soon as you interact. Repeat jokes still count.
If a visit gives no joke, buy a blueprint, boat upgrade, or building and come back. You'll be visiting the Shipyard for upgrades all game, so this usually finishes on its own. Stop in for a joke whenever you pass by.
HISTORICALLY REPORTED BUG: some players have reported this achievement not tracking even after more than ten jokes. If it stalls, keep collecting jokes on later visits.
▶Public Transportation
Use Alex's bus stops 50 times. Each trip counts once. This comes naturally if you use the stops for travel all game.
CURRENTLY COMMUNITY-FLAGGED / BUGGY (as of June 2026): one Xbox player reported this not unlocking after more than 100 trips. They eventually got it on a fresh save. It's a single report, not a known universal problem. If it hasn't unlocked well past 50 trips, keep using the stops, and close and relaunch the game.
▶Big Spender
Big Spender15G
Buy at least 100 items from Raccoon Inc. shops. Seeds and materials bought in bulk count individually, so this finishes on its own as you gather building materials. If you're short, buying back items you've sold to Francis has been reported to count too. Selling cheap shells to him and buying them back advances both this achievement and Taking Out The Trash.
▶Taking Out The Trash
Sell at least 200 items. Sales to Raccoon Inc. shops and to Francis both count. Orchard fruit and spare fish are easy filler late in the game.
▶At Least Someone is Happy
Your first Ecstatic spirit. Gwen is the easiest: build her Lodge, hug her daily, and feed her Black Coffee. The achievement unlocks when a spirit's mood face first reaches Ecstatic.
▶Fully Improved: Gwen
Use the Improve option at the Workbench on Gwen's Lodge until every improvement is built. More improvements unlock as her story progresses. They can even be finished after she leaves, but doing them now raises her mood.
▶Atul, Summer, Astrid, and Alice
Recruit Atul at Barkensheim Creek. His quests send you back to Albert for the Hobbyist blueprint, which unlocks the Sawmill, Loom, and Foundry.
Gwen's quest points you to Hummingberg, where the Double Jump shrine costs 2 Obols. Summer is waiting there. Alice is on Mount Toroyama, and Astrid is at Bottom Line Corp.
Do not deliver Atul's three dinner meals yet. Delivering them, then visiting Hummingberg, makes Atul vanish the next morning. He needs to stay aboard until Elena's late-game Ecstatic.
▶Fully Improved: Atul
Improve Atul's Workshop at the Workbench. Published sources disagree on the picture frame's materials (Bottled Ectoplasm or Comet Powder), so go by the cost shown at the Workbench. Either way it tends to finish later in the game. Improvements still count after he leaves.
▶Fully Improved: Summer
Summer's Sanctuary has three improvements. Only two are offered at first. The third, the HVAC System, unlocks after Summer falls asleep during her hibernation quest; Albert sends you the blueprint. Building it wakes her and should unlock the achievement.
CURRENTLY COMMUNITY-FLAGGED / BUGGY (as of January 2026): some players, including on Xbox, report this achievement not unlocking even with all three improvements built. It doesn't happen to everyone, and no fix has been documented. If it doesn't pop, fully close and relaunch the game and give it time to sync. Some affected players have only got it on a new playthrough.
▶The Acrobat
The Acrobat20G
Activate all seven shrines. You get one now and the rest across the whole game:
- Double Jump: Hummingberg.
- Glide: Furogawa.
- Zipline: Nordweiler, after the Icebreaker.
- Bounce: Oxbury, after the Rock Destroyer.
- Dash: Greymist Peaks, after the Mist Cleaner.
- Light Burst: the Hidden Shrine, during Buck's story.
- Improved Tools: the Lost Shrine, revealed by a treasure map from a Francis errand.
Each shrine costs 2 Obols. The achievement unlocks when the seventh shrine is activated.
Obol budget. Obols are tight. Don't spend them on anything except shrines and Jackie's vending machine.
- Spending: 14 for the seven shrines, plus Jackie's Overbrook vending machine. Crispy Burlap Men (Advanced Snackology) costs 1 Obol. Most guides say Chocoblasterz (Snack Attack) also costs 1, and Jackie refunds it later in his questline; the game wiki lists it as a Glim purchase instead. Check the price the machine shows. Hold 2 for the machine as a precaution. Confirmed spending is 15: 14 for shrines and 1 for Crispy Burlap Men. If Chocoblasterz also costs 1, you'll need up to 16 at the peak, but the refund brings the net back to 15.
- Regular income, 16 in total (11 + 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 16):
- 11 from individual spirits: one each from Gwen, Atul, Summer, Alice, Astrid, Giovanni, Gustav, Buck, Elena, Beverly, and Stanley. Most arrive after they join, but some come later in their stories: Giovanni's after Indiscreet Shopping, and Summer's when you harvest her plants. Sources disagree on Stanley's: check your Obol count right after you grow him, and again after his departure.
- 2 from Bruce & Mickey, handed over at Greymist Peaks during Camping in a Cadillac.
- 1 bought at the Edgeborough Lane Raccoon shop for 2,000 Glim.
- 1 from Hades at your final meeting.
- 1 from Daria, when you give her the Strange Instrument. This comes after Jackie's vending purchases, so it doesn't count toward the checkpoint below.
- Optional extra (+1 net, 17 total): the Greymist Peaks exchange (see Opening the Mist). The 16 regular Obols cover the 15 you spend with one spare. But Daria's, Hades's, and possibly Stanley's arrive only after Jackie's machine comes up. The exchange is the simplest way to have Jackie's 2 in hand on time, and it leaves you one spare at the end.
- Checkpoint before Jackie's vending purchases: activate the first six shrines (through Light Burst) as you reach them. Collect Bruce & Mickey's two Obols, buy the Edgeborough Obol, and make sure Beverly and Elena have each given you theirs. Then check that you have at least 2 Obols in hand. With the exchange you should. Without it, you're fine if Stanley's Obol came when you grew him; otherwise you'll usually be 1 short.
- Only if the checkpoint shows you're actually short: release Elena and Stanley early to bring in Stanley's Obol (if you don't have it yet) and, usually, the final Hades meeting's Obol. Then finish Jackie's purchases. Elena won't get Jackie's mood boost, so get her to Ecstatic without it, and confirm her Ecstatic face before releasing her:
- Keep Atul and Gustav aboard and let their music play.
- Don't hug her, and don't improve her Cubicle.
- Feed her Green Salad plus a different healthy dish she likes, because the two buffs stack.
- Replay her challenges in quick succession, then feed her Green Salad right away. Each completion gives a mood buff. Repeat until she's Ecstatic.
- Get Stanley to Ecstatic before his release too, and tick both off your Stoked checklist.
- Last shrine: activate the Lost Shrine last, after Jackie's refund and the late Obols. Jackie, Lily, and Stella give no Obols.
▶Sheep Ranger
Sheep Ranger20G
Once Alice is aboard, her sheep quest teaches you to feed and lure sheep onto the boat. There are five:
- Hummingberg
- Gurenu Fields
- Mount Toroyama
- Nordweiler (Ice region)
- Sandwich Walk (Rock region)
Grab the first three now. A sheep counts once it's on your boat; you don't need a pen. The achievement unlocks with the fifth.
Sheep can't be removed once aboard, and hungry free-roaming sheep eat crops. Building the Sheep Corral and keeping them fed avoids both problems.
▶Sheep Cleaner
Shear sheep 50 times in total. Wool only regrows on sheep that are fed, so keep the Corral stocked. With all five aboard, this finishes on its own over the mid-game.
▶The Mailbox and Feedorama
Build the Mailbox at Albert's Shipyard as soon as you can afford it. It's needed for Astrid's flyer quest and for Feedorama.
▶Food Delivery
Feedorama needs the improved Kitchen (from Atul's Big Stove request; see Cooking and Fishing in the Starter Waters), the Mailbox, Double Jump to reach Madison, and 5,000 Glim. Once you have the Mailbox and have first met Olga, a Feedorama promo letter arrives and Madison becomes available. She's in Hummingberg, up the broken ladder by the last house on the right; you need Double Jump to reach her. Sign up with her and the achievement unlocks.
Sign up as early as you can afford it. Unsubscribe needs a long run of deliveries, and the clock only starts here. Deliveries teach you some recipes, but food you receive doesn't fill Susan's dish slots, so cook each dish yourself.
▶Furogawa and Gurenu Fields
Furogawa holds the Glide shrine and Gustav. You can meet Gustav here, but he can't board until after the Icebreaker. The Furogawa tour itself runs on Gurenu Fields, a separate island nearby.
▶More Than 15%
Despite the name, the tour isn't on Furogawa. It's the Greetings from Furogawa! Shenanigan, and the tour runs on Gurenu Fields, at about (-65, 55).
Activate the quest first. Sailing straight to Gurenu Fields may not let you start the tour. Get Greetings from Furogawa! into your quest list by either:
- reading the Furogawa Tours brochure that arrives in your Mailbox, or
- reading the same message, which can also turn up in a bottle you fish up during Atul's early fishing quests.
Then do the tour:
- Have at least 50 Glim on hand.
- Sail to Gurenu Fields and talk to the tour-guide spirit near the dock.
- Follow the guide through the whole tour.
- When asked, agree to tip 50 Glim.
The achievement unlocks on the tip. Treat this as missable: don't decline the tip, and don't take the tour without the Glim.

Delicate Figurine — Hummingberg: buy the Key for Hummingberg at the Raccoon Inc. shop for 5,000 Glim, then use Double Jump to reach the chest in the locked house next to it.
Grand Figurine — Mount Toroyama: a chest in the hidden passage at the top of the mine. Needs Double Jump.

Meat Stew — meat plus a vegetable or mushroom.
Coal — wood or Sawdust in the Kitchen.
Questionable Meal — any invalid combination, such as a lone leafy vegetable.
Susan's Museum (Collector) and the recipe book (Master Chef) are fed by everything you cook, catch, mine, and smelt from the very start. Get into the habit of cooking one of every new dish as soon as you can make it, and keep at least one of every fish, gem, and metal you find. Susan credits a dish only if you cooked it yourself. A dish you were given, found in a chest, or received from Feedorama doesn't fill her slot, even if it shows in your recipe book.
Atul's Big Stove request upgrades the Kitchen to take two ingredients. It costs 5 Bright Jelly, 8 Lightning in a Bottle, and 12 Linen Fabric. Seeds sold early include Corn, Coffee Beans, and Carrot at Hummingberg and Bottom Line Corp., and Rice and Pork at Furogawa.
- Dishes you can cook now: Grilled Fish, Steamed Shellfish, Popcorn, Paella, Grilled Veggie, Plain Rice, Shellfish Stew, Grain Salad, Fish Curry, Southern Boil, Bouillabaisse, Bisque, Black Coffee, Shrimp Cocktail, Squid Skewer, Pork Chops, Casserole, and Meat Stew.
- Kitchen oddities for Master Chef: Coal (wood or Sawdust in the Kitchen) and Questionable Meal (any combination that isn't a recipe, such as a lone leafy vegetable).
- Fish: Albacore Tuna, Bay Shrimp, Black Tiger Shrimp, Cod, Eel, Herring, Mackerel, Sole, Squid, Common Mussel, and Empty Shell. Weather matters. Eel, Mackerel, and Black Tiger Shrimp only bite in rain, and most other rod fish want clear weather (Sole and Squid bite in any weather), so fish through both. Albacore Tuna only bites at the tuna spots marked on your map: one west of Furogawa at about (-180, 80), and one at about (-22, -42). Hull pickups (Common Mussel, Empty Shell) build up on your hull as you sail, so jump in the water beside the boat to collect them.
- Metals: once the Foundry is built (Hobbyist blueprint), smelt a Copper Ingot from Copper Ore (Mount Toroyama, Iwashima Countryside) and an Iron Ingot from Iron Ore (Hoseki Quarry).
- Figurines: the Grand Figurine is in a chest in the hidden passage at the top of the Mount Toroyama mine. For the Delicate Figurine, buy the Key for Hummingberg at the Hummingberg Raccoon Inc. shop for 5,000 Glim, then Double Jump up to the chest in the locked house next to it.
- Gems: Citrine is in a chest on top of Alice's house on Mount Toroyama. Francis's Elemental Transmutation errand (4 Bright Jelly and 4 Lightning in a Bottle) also gives one.
▶Gwen's Departure
Gwen's chain ends after the music box from Villa Maggiore, and she asks to go to the Everdoor. Confirm she has reached Ecstatic first, then take her.
Pick up her Spirit Flower from her empty Lodge. It pays for the Icebreaker at Albert's. Do the same after every release: collect the flower from the spirit's house before you shop for barrier upgrades.
▶First Encounter
Your first meeting with Hades happens automatically at the end of the Everdoor trip for your first spirit released. The achievement unlocks with that conversation.
Hades meetings come after your 1st, 5th, and 9th spirits released. Atul vanishes on his own, and a player who released him last didn't get a meeting from it, so this guide doesn't count him toward these meetings. In this guide's order, the meetings fall on Gwen, Astrid, and Elena, whichever way you count. If you change the order, keep Atul out of the count to be safe.
▶The Ice Region
▶Opening the Ice
Buy the Icebreaker. The Ice region holds Nordweiler (Zipline shrine and the fourth sheep), Nordsee Pier, and Susan's Museum.
Gustav can board now, and Astrid's story leads you to Giovanni.
Don't add the clock to Gustav's room. It makes him ask to leave immediately. Keep him aboard until Elena is Ecstatic.
▶Fully Improved: Gustav
Improve Gustav's Gallery at the Workbench as his story unlocks the options. Leave the clock until last: adding it makes him ask to leave, so hold it until Elena has reached Ecstatic. Gustav's woodprint hunt also sends you to Susan's Museum.
▶Collector
Collector75G
Susan's Museum, at about (-150, 150) in the Ice region, has five collections: Figurines (4), Fishing (33, including hull pickups), Gems (5), Metals (13), and Dishes (103). Climbing to Susan needs Double Jump. The achievement unlocks when all five collections are complete.
- A slot fills once you've had the item. Dishes are the exception: a dish only counts if you cooked it yourself.
- The 103 dishes are the 102 cooked dishes in your recipe book plus Surströmming, which is made in the Cellar. Homemade Paper, Questionable Meal, Coal, Burnt Food, Expired Meal, Yoghurt, Cheese, and the Sauerkraut ingredient don't take museum slots. Sauerkraut Meal, cooked in the Kitchen, does.
- Missing fish show as blank slots in alphabetical order, and missing dishes are blacked out in museum order. Museum order matches the recipe book except that Fish Curry and Southern Boil swap places and Surströmming takes slot 72, so later slots run one ahead of the book. The dish checklist at the end of this guide follows museum order. Don't count on a hint for gems, metals, or figurines: check them against the lists in this guide.
- Gems and metals get used up by quests, errands, and buildings. Visit Susan before you spend your only copy of anything.
The collection fills in all game. Each region's cooking and fishing section lists what becomes available there, and the Collectibles section at the end of this guide has the full checklist. Nothing here is missable. The Crow's End figurine, the Mist fish, and the gold-based metals come after the Mist Cleaner.

Quaint Figurine — Furogawa: Gustav hands it to you at the start of Five Views of Mount Furogawa. Trade it to Susan for the Woodblock Print.
Bluefin Tuna — rod, only at the Ice-region tuna spots near (-138, 190) and (-1, 205); try snowy weather if nothing bites.
Blue Salmon — rod, Ice region.
Char — rod, Ice region.
Lobster — rod, Ice region.
Snow Crab — rod, Ice region.
Scallop — hull pickup; check the Ice region first, then the Rock region.
Hematite — Susan's reward for 9 fish types, or Francis's Sparkle For Days errand.
Aluminium Ingot — Foundry, from Aluminium Ore from Summer's Aluminium Dragon in the Ice region.
Poached Fruit — any fruit.
Heat-Treated Crab — Snow Crab.
Lobster Germinal — Lobster.
Flamin' Firebirdz — Fireglow.
Bread — Wheat or Corn Flour.
Noodle Soup — Rice Flour.
Apple Pie — Apple plus flour.
Pear Tartlet — Pear plus flour.
Fisherman's Pie — fish or Octopus (not Squid) plus flour.
Shrimp Tempura — shrimp plus flour.
Grilled Chicken — Chicken.
Crab Cake — Snow Crab plus flour.
Lobster Roll — Lobster plus flour.
Veggie-Pot Pie — flour plus a mushroom or vegetable.
Calamari Rings — Squid plus flour.
Laksa — Fireglow plus Rice Flour.
Corndog — Pork plus Corn Flour.
Dakgangjeong — Fireglow plus Chicken.
Chilaquiles — Fireglow plus Corn Flour.
Wonton Soup — Rice Flour plus meat.
The Ice region opens up flour and Fireglow, and both feed many recipes.
- Fireglow: once Gustav is aboard, he introduces the Fireflies event. Catching red fireflies gives Fireglow Seeds. Plant them (the plot's seed menu shows where they fit) and keep a stock growing. Seven dishes need Fireglow, including Beverly's Laksa and Jackie's Chilaquiles, and so does the Rock Destroyer (6 Fireglow).
- Aluminium: Summer's Aluminium Dragon is in the Ice region. Its ore makes Aluminium Ingots, which the Rock Destroyer (10 ingots) and the Windmill both need. Summer's dragons stay available after she leaves: interact with the door of her house at the dragon's location to restart them.
- Flour: the Craftsman blueprint unlocks the Windmill, Orchard, and Sheep Corral. The Windmill grinds Rice and Corn into flour. Make Bread with Corn Flour; Rice Flour doesn't work for it. Apple seeds are sold at Furogawa, and Pear seeds, Chicken, Cabbage seeds, and Sunflower seeds at Nordweiler.
- Dishes you can cook now: Poached Fruit, Heat-Treated Crab, Lobster Germinal, Flamin' Firebirdz, Bread, Noodle Soup, Apple Pie, Pear Tartlet, Fisherman's Pie, Shrimp Tempura, Grilled Chicken, Crab Cake, Lobster Roll, Veggie-Pot Pie, Calamari Rings, Laksa, Corndog, Dakgangjeong, Chilaquiles, and Wonton Soup.
- Fish: Bluefin Tuna, Blue Salmon, Char, Lobster, Snow Crab, and Scallop. Bluefin Tuna only bites at the Ice-region tuna spots near (-138, 190) and (-1, 205); if nothing bites, try during snow. Check your hull here for Scallop.
- Metals: smelt an Aluminium Ingot.
- Figurine and gems: Gustav gives you the Quaint Figurine at the start of Five Views of Mount Furogawa; trade it to Susan for the Woodblock Print. Susan hands out Hematite once you've registered 9 fish types.
▶Summer and Alice
Two more releases buy the Rock Destroyer: Summer and Alice.
- Summer asks to go after the Aluminium Dragon at the end of her chain.
- Alice wants to go to Nordweiler after you build her wardrobe. A few days of quests there end with her request. At the end she gets confused and only recognizes Stella dressed as Annie. Wear Annie's Beach Outfit and the Red Hat from her questline, including at the Everdoor. If she still doesn't recognize you, save and quit while wearing the complete outfit, then reload.
Get both to Ecstatic before taking them. Summer: Grain Salad, hugs, and her Sanctuary. Alice: Veggie-Pot Pie, hugs, and her Cottage.
▶Fully Improved: Alice
Improve Alice's Cottage at the Workbench. Finish it before she leaves if you can, for the mood boost. It still counts afterwards.
▶Fully Improved: Astrid
Improve Astrid's Bungalow as her story unlocks options.
▶Boat Upgrades
Hermes' Hymn, the first speed figurehead, is available at Albert's now. It costs no flowers. Buy it when you have the materials.
▶Bow-Tastic
Bow-Tastic15G
Collect all figureheads. These are the four speed figureheads from Albert:
- Hermes' Hymn
- Choral Bouquet
- Moon Solo
- Sun Ballad
The barrier upgrades (Icebreaker, Rock Destroyer, Mist Cleaner 1000) are bought for the story route anyway. Since the December 2021 patch, Moon Solo and Sun Ballad each cost a Spirit Flower. Sun Ballad also needs 2 Diamonds, 25 XP Potions (from Buck's story minigame), and a stack of metal sheets.
The achievement unlocks with the last piece. Leave it for after the late-game releases.
▶The Rock Region
▶Oxbury and the Southern Islands
The Rock Destroyer opens a lot at once:
- Oxbury: the Bounce shrine, and Beverly.
- Hikarishima Lighthouse: Buck, once you have Bounce and Double Jump.
- Southpoint Docks: Bruce & Mickey.
- Sandwich Walk: the fifth sheep and a lighthouse.
- Ambertown Park and Edgeborough Lane, which has a Raccoon shop selling Buck's house blueprint and an Obol (2,000 Glim). Buy the Obol: you need every one.
Recruit Beverly and Buck now. Bruce & Mickey can be met now, but read their section first. Don't improve their Crib ahead of their story. Upgrading it too early is a known progression bug that can stop their questline.
▶Dating Coach
Dating Coach15G
At Ambertown Park, a spirit far to the left is waiting for a date.
- Talk to her repeatedly until her dialogue runs out.
- When she asks her question, answer yes. Yes is the safe answer.
The achievement normally unlocks straight away. If it doesn't, leave the island, come back for her follow-up, and answer her again.
▶The More, The Merrier
Five spirits Ecstatic at least once. With Gwen, Summer, and Alice done, Beverly and Buck are the next easy ones. The achievement unlocks with the fifth.
▶Fully Improved: Buck
Build Buck's Lair of Wonders from the Edgeborough Lane blueprint and improve it. One improvement needs a Diamond. Save your first two Diamonds (from Susan's 17-fish reward) for Francis's Saturday Night Shopping List errand. Its map leads to the Lost Shrine, whose Improved Tools make Diamonds easy to mine. Build Buck's Diamond improvement and Sun Ballad after that, or get an extra Diamond from Francis's Diamonds Are Everybody's Best Friend errand first.

The Rock region completes most of the kitchen and the metal workshop.
- Shops: Oxbury's Raccoon Inc. is the only shop that sells Eggs (limited stock that restocks) and Beef, and it also sells Wheat and Potato seeds. Edgeborough Lane sells Sugar Cane and Olive seeds and the Bovine License for the Cow Stall. Hikarishima Lighthouse sells Tea seeds, Cherry seeds, and Opal.
- Crusher (Expert blueprint): Bruce & Mickey's Smash! Smash! request introduces it. It costs 7 Pulsar Ingots, 15 Ash Planks, and 5 Zinc Ingots. It turns Olives or Sunflower seeds into fat, Sugar Cane into Sugar, Coal into Carbon Powder, and Comet Rock into Comet Powder. The Expert blueprint also offers the Chicken Coop: hatch an Egg there for a steady egg supply.
- Events: Bruce & Mickey's Pulsar Rays give Pulsar Ore, and Giovanni's Meteor Showers give Comet Rock. Both stay available after those spirits leave: use the door of Bruce & Mickey's Crib, or the second-floor door of Astrid's Bungalow.
- Smithy (Master blueprint): it needs Silica Powder (quartz in the Crusher), Comet Powder, Pulsar Ingots, and Ash Planks. It makes the metal sheets.
- Silver before the Mist: the Silver Dragon is in Oxbury at about (188, -44); start it from Summer's house door if she has left. Its Silver Ore gives you a Silver Ingot, and the Mist Cleaner 1000 costs 8 Silver Ore, so do this before you head for the Mist.
- Dishes you can cook now: Clam Cake, Berry Pie, Cherry Pie, Aloo Gobi, Fried Surf, Grilled Octopus, Cereal Bowl, Eggs Sunny Side Up, Fruit Candy, Corn Bread, Fish Sticks, Vegetable Stir Fry, Green Salad, Fried Rice, Egg Salad, Sweet Coffee, Fried Crawfish, Cake, Focaccia, French Fries, Pancakes, Surf and Turf, Fried Chicken, Cup of Tea, Meat Pie, Candy, Creme Brulee, Frittata, Schnitzel, Bacon and Eggs, Sweet Tea, Grilled Steak, and Beef Fondue. For Cake, Focaccia, and Meat Pie, Wheat Flour is the safe flour. For Fisherman's Pie, use any fish or Octopus but not Squid.
- Homemade Paper: Sawdust plus Household Glue. Glue is smelted from an Old Shoe in the Foundry once Stanley's experiments quest unlocks it, and Stanley asks for paper anyway.
- Fish: Clam, Cuttlefish, Flounder, Giant Scallop, Hard-Shell Clam, King Salmon, Mahi-Mahi, Octopus, Oyster, and Yellowfin Tuna. Yellowfin Tuna bites only at the tuna spots near (98, -76), (252, -28), and (280, 68). Oyster is a random hull pickup and the usual last fish: empty your hull on every trip through the Rock region, and try the Mist and the Ice region if it won't show.
- Metals: Zinc Ingot, Pulsar Ingot, Silver Ingot, Brass Sheet, Bronze Sheet, Steel Sheet, and Celestial Sheet.
- Gems: Susan gives 2 Diamonds once 17 fish types are registered. Buy an Opal at Hikarishima Lighthouse for 3,000 Glim. Amethyst comes from Francis's Thyst But A Flesh Wound errand (5 Pulsar Ore and 5 Comet Rock) or a chest in the Hoseki Quarry secret passage.
▶Astrid and Giovanni
Giovanni's errands lead to Indiscreet Meeting: you take him to Oxbury and see what he's up to. When you get back to the ship, Astrid asks whether he's cheating.
Set up before you talk to her:
- Finish Indiscreet Meeting and return to the boat. Astrid's conversation usually becomes available the next morning, so sleep or wait until then, but don't talk to her yet.
- Save and quit from the pause menu, then relaunch and load the save. This gives you a save from just before the question. It doesn't guarantee you can get back to it later.
Now take both answers:
- Talk to Astrid and answer one way. The achievement unlocks once the dialogue finishes. As soon as it pops, press the Xbox button and quit the game, before an autosave can happen.
- Relaunch and load the slot. If Astrid asks the question again, give the other answer.
If the reload lands after the choice, the game autosaved it. Xbox has no autosave-history menu to roll back with (that's a PC feature), so the second achievement needs another playthrough on a fresh slot, up to this quest. That run can ignore everything else.
▶Sealed Lips
Sealed Lips10G
Tell Astrid there's nothing to worry about, keeping Giovanni's outings secret. The achievement unlocks on that answer.
▶Loose Lips
Loose Lips10G
Tell Astrid about Giovanni's night outings. The achievement unlocks on that answer.
▶Releases Four to Six
Release these three, in this order, Ecstatic first each time.
- Giovanni asks to go once you build the Lounge. Beef Fondue is his favorite. This is release four, which also makes Stanley's Mysterious Seed available.
- Astrid asks a few days after Giovanni leaves. Noodle Soup is her favorite. This is release five.
- Beverly is release six. Laksa is her favorite: Fireglow (grown from Fireflies-event seeds, which only appear once Gustav is aboard) plus Rice Flour (rice seeds from the Furogawa Raccoon shop, milled in the Windmill), cooked in the improved Kitchen.
Beverly's chain sends you to Ambertown Park, then to Edgeborough Lane for the Archive Room B-2522 blueprint. Two acetates follow. Play each one on the Archive Room's projector to finish its quest.
Henry, 8 Years Old (Family Vacation): Old-Central District, about (185, -8). No key is needed, but you need Bounce, Double Jump, and Glide.
- At the far left of town, bounce off the dumpster onto the air-conditioning unit.
- Glide up and right to the platform with a white door. Go through, climb two ladders, and exit the next door.
- Double jump and glide left to another air-conditioning unit, then glide up to the roof.
- Head right to the orange window roofs and bounce your way up to the grey-brick building's roof.
- Glide left onto the neighbouring roof. The acetate is in a chest there.
Strasbourg, 1944 (Like Father, Like Son): Nordweiler, about (-3, 185). Beverly gives you the house key when this quest starts.
- Go left and climb the ladder to the scaffolding, then head right.
- Ride two ziplines to the highest house and unlock it.
- The acetate is in a chest on the second floor.
Playing the Strasbourg acetate starts her decline, and she asks to leave within days. Have her Ecstatic before you play it.
After release four, fish up the Mysterious Seed or buy it from Francis, and plant it to grow Stanley. Check your Obol count right after he appears; his Obol may arrive now or only after his departure. He takes over your Guest House for his Playroom. That doesn't block anything, but Decked Out needs a second Guest House later.
Stanley is also your source of Bottled Ectoplasm, which the Mist Cleaner 1000 needs. Once he introduces Jacob, interact with the beetle in his Playroom to start Dust Shades and collect Bottled Ectoplasm. It's easy to overlook.
▶Second Encounter
Your second meeting with Hades happens automatically after your fifth spirit is released. Following this guide's order, that's Astrid. The achievement unlocks with that conversation.
▶Fully Improved: Stanley
Improve Stanley's Playroom as his story unlocks options. Stanley stays aboard until late; his favorite is French Fries.
▶The Mist and the Late Game
▶Opening the Mist
Buy the Mist Cleaner 1000. Greymist Peaks has the Dash shrine. Elena is at Crow's End Inc., reached with Bounce, Glide, and Dash. Recruit her now; her Obol is needed before Jackie's vending purchases.
Greymist Peaks Obol exchange (optional, recommended for this route's Obol budget). Right after taking Dash, continue right from the Dash shrine, past the tent and trees, to a hidden shrine with a spirit in black. You need Dash, Double Jump, and Glide. Offer him 2 Obols, and he returns 3 plus a Vibrant Necklace, for a net gain of 1. It isn't strictly required, but without it you'll usually be an Obol short when Jackie's vending machine comes up (see The Acrobat for the fallback). If you do it, protect your Obols:
- Save before talking to him.
- After the trade, two of the returned Obols may drop on the ground instead of going straight to you. Pick up every coin, and check that all three are in your inventory before you leave. Coins left behind are reported to be lost for good.
- If he takes 2 and returns nothing, reload your save. Players have also reported a fix: leave, re-board the boat, and return, after which he has moved to a wooden shrine above and pays out correctly.
Jackie and Daria's update arrives by letter once you have the Rock Destroyer and Mist Cleaner. A brochure points you to Overbrook. You'll need Double Jump and Zipline there, with Glide recommended.
▶Fully Improved: Bruce & Mickey
Bruce & Mickey's story needs the Mist. They also lower other spirits' moods, and their own mood takes a permanent drop once they start asking you for produce.
Their story runs in this order:
- Mini Palace: build the Crib.
- Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous: they ask for the Crib's improvements. Only now build the three improvements they request.
- A Taste of Home: check that this quest appears before you go on. Deliver the Lobster Roll and Fried Chicken it asks for.
- Camping in a Cadillac: sail to Greymist Peaks with Bruce & Mickey aboard, then talk to them. They give you their two Obols here. Thunder Lotus lists a known Xbox issue where they sometimes disappear from Greymist Peaks during this quest. If that happens, save and quit, relaunch, and return to Greymist Peaks. No guaranteed fix is documented.
- Mask Off: the demand for 100 Carrots and 100 Peaches is exaggerated. Plant and harvest some Carrots, then talk to Bruce. Then plant and harvest some Peaches and talk to him again. You don't need 100 of either. The chain ends with Bruce asking to go.
Get them Ecstatic early in the chain with Garlic Bread and hugs. The achievement unlocks when the Crib's last improvement is built.
Release them before you work on Elena's mood.
▶Late Kitchen Work and Mist Fishing

Yoghurt — Milk left in the Cellar.
Cheese — Yoghurt left in the Cellar. Make it from Yoghurt, not by letting Milk age.
The last dishes need dairy, the Cellar, the Mist's seeds, Honey, and Maple Syrup. The Cellar's waits are the slowest part of Master Chef, so start them as soon as the buildings exist.
- Cow Stall (Master blueprint): buy the Bovine License at Edgeborough Lane for 750 Glim. The cow arrives when the stall is built. Feed it and milk it.
- Cellar (Master blueprint): Stanley's It's Alive! request introduces it. Put in Herring (Surströmming), Cabbage (Sauerkraut), and Milk (Yoghurt), then put Yoghurt back in to make Cheese.
- Greymist Peaks shop: Garlic, Onion, Tomato, and Peach seeds. You can also get Peach seeds from a Francis errand that asks for 8 Apples, Cherries, or Pears.
- Honey (five dishes, one Honey each): Francis's Honey, I Shrunk the Fishes errand trades one Albacore, one Bluefin, and one Yellowfin Tuna for 5 Honey. Susan's second dish reward is also 5 Honey. Jackie's Beehive is a backup.
- Maple Syrup (Maple Salmon): it only comes from Francis's Sugar Shack's Delight errand, which asks for a Sole, a Squid, and a Sockeye Salmon. Sockeye is a Mist fish, so you can't take this errand until the Mist is open.
- Dishes you can cook now: Grilled Mushrooms, Peach Cobbler, Cough Drops, Milquetoast, Hot Milk, Tuna Tataki, Mushroom Salad, Mock Gruel, Clam Chowder, Chai Latte, Glazed Carrots, Muesli, Rice Pudding, Maple Salmon, Latte, Lokma, Surströmming, Fried Mushrooms, Crepes, Sweet Yoghurt, Lollipop, Honey Ham, Scrambled Eggs, Omelette, Tomato Pizza, Cheese Fondue, English Tea, Cheese Sticks, Garlic Bread, Toffee, Sauerkraut Meal, and Onion Rings.
- Fish: Anchovy, Cobia, Haddock, Halibut, Sockeye Salmon, and Urchin, in clear weather. Cobia and Haddock are the usual stragglers. Anchovy and the Urchin are reported around northeast Crow's End.
- Metals: smelt Gold Ore from the Mist islands, or from Elena's Gold Dragon while she's aboard, into Gold Ingots. Then make the Electrum Sheet (Gold plus Silver) and the Rose Gold Sheet (Gold plus Copper).
- Figurine: the Sublime Figurine is in a chest at Crow's End Inc., on a far-left ledge past the zipline, glide, and dash platforms.
▶Buck's Story
Buck never goes to the Everdoor. His chain runs all the way to the end of the game.
- Demons of Light leads to the Hidden Shrine, which gives Light Burst.
- His chain lights the lighthouses.
- His story minigame produces the XP Potions you need for Sun Ballad.
▶Everything is Illuminated
There are three lighthouses: Hikarishima, Nordsee Pier, and Sandwich Walk. Buck's story walks you through lighting them. The achievement unlocks when the third is lit.
▶The Lost Shrine
After Light Burst, Francis offers the Saturday Night Shopping List errand. Use the two Diamonds you saved. It asks for 2 Diamonds, 5 Electrum Sheets, and 20 Eggs, and rewards a treasure map that reveals the Lost Shrine in the Mist. Its ability, Improved Tools, finishes The Acrobat. Collect the map now, but don't activate the Lost Shrine until Jackie's vending purchases are done. Its 2 Obols come from Jackie's refund and the late Obols (Stanley's and the final Hades meeting's). It also makes Diamonds far easier to mine, which helps with Sun Ballad and Buck.
▶Twelve Monkeys
Complete 12 Francis errands. With errands taken all game, this unlocks somewhere around here. The quickest repeat errand asks for 8 apples, 8 pears, and 8 cherries.
▶Daria
Jackie's first Overbrook quests use the vending machine. Crispy Burlap Men (Advanced Snackology) costs an Obol. Chocoblasterz (Snack Attack) costs 1 Obol in most walkthroughs but only Glim according to the game wiki, so check the machine's price. Hold 2 Obols before you start. Jackie refunds an Obol at the end of Hide and Seek. On Overbrook, Jackie's House Call quest introduces Daria. Her chain runs through The Old Guitarist, Hot Still-Scape for Six Colors (the Strange Instrument comes from Francis's Handle With Care errand; bring the materials its errand screen lists, since published accounts differ. Daria gives you an Obol when you hand it over), The Night Watch, and four Mind Palace platforming levels.
Daria is the riskiest Ecstatic in the game.
- She's only interactable on Overbrook. Once she boards for the Everdoor, you can't hug or feed her.
- Start early. From your first visits to her on Overbrook, once House Call has introduced her, hug her and feed her Apples every visit, and check her mood face each time.
- Checkpoint after her first Mind Palace level: clearing it gives her two lasting mood buffs. Straight away, feed her an Apple, hug her, and check that the Ecstatic face is highlighted. This is the most reliable early window.
- Her mood meter is reported to display wrongly. Watch which face is highlighted, not the dot position.
- Aim to have her Ecstatic before you clear the fourth Mind Palace level, Rooms by the Sea. That level leads into Impression, Sunrise, her final quest.
- The final cutoff is her last conversation on Overbrook, when she asks to be taken to the Everdoor and boards your boat. Until then you can still hug her and feed her. After she boards, assume you can't. One player reported a brief chance to feed or hug her while she runs to the Everdoor. That's unverified, so treat it as a last resort only, not a plan.
Take her to the Everdoor afterwards. This is your eighth Everdoor trip. Her Spirit Flower appears on the wall outside her lighthouse room on Overbrook. Collect it: this is required. It unlocks Jackie's Perimeter Sweep quest.
▶Jackie
Once you've collected Daria's flower, Perimeter Sweep begins: a passenger complains about noises at night. Search Gwen's Lodge and the other passenger rooms until you find Jackie hiding, then talk to him to bring him aboard. Build his On-Call Room, which needs XP Potions. Chilaquiles is his favorite. His room improvements push his story forward, and adding the self-help books makes him ask to leave about a day later. Keep him aboard until Elena is done: an Ecstatic Jackie gives Elena a mood boost.
▶Elena
Now get Elena to Ecstatic. Bruce & Mickey and Giovanni, who both upset her, are gone. Atul, Gustav, and Jackie are aboard.
- Don't hug her.
- Don't improve her Cubicle yet.
- Feed her Green Salad, then other healthy dishes.
- Keep Atul and Gustav playing music, and keep Jackie Ecstatic.
- Elena gets a mood buff every time you complete one of her challenges, and the challenges can be replayed. Thunder Lotus recommends completing them in quick succession, then feeding her her favorite food (Green Salad) straight after. Repeat until she's Ecstatic.
She asks to leave about a day after you finish all three of her marked challenges. If she's Ecstatic before that point, you're safe.
▶Fully Improved: Elena
Once Elena has been Ecstatic, improve her Cubicle. Doing it earlier lowers her mood. It still counts after she leaves.
▶The Last Releases
With Elena Ecstatic, release the rest. Confirm Ecstatic before each one.
- Elena. This is your ninth Everdoor trip.
- Atul: deliver his three dinner meals and visit Hummingberg. He disappears overnight and his flower appears in his room. He counts as a release.
- Gustav: add the clock to his room.
- Stanley: finish his play and his final vacation. After he leaves, collect his Spirit Flower, and check whether his Obol arrived there if you didn't get it when you grew him.
- Jackie: add the self-help books.
Buck stays to the end. As a safety measure, make sure he has been Ecstatic too.
▶Third Encounter
Your final meeting with Hades happens automatically after your ninth spirit is released. Following this guide's order, that's Elena. The achievement unlocks with that conversation. Afterwards, Lily appears on your boat at night. Her quests lead to Stella's Last Voyage, so leave them until the cleanup is done.
▶Stoked
Stoked70G
Every spirit Ecstatic at least once: all thirteen released spirits, plus Buck as a safety measure. The achievement unlocks when the last required spirit reaches Ecstatic.
▶Spiritfared
Spiritfared40G
Bring every releasable spirit to the Everdoor. The current requirement is 13 spirits released. That's 12 Everdoor trips plus Atul's departure:
- Gwen, Atul, Summer, Alice, Astrid, and Giovanni
- Gustav, Bruce & Mickey, Stanley, and Elena
- Beverly, Jackie, and Daria
Atul is the exception: he leaves on his own and never takes an Everdoor trip, but his departure still counts toward the 13. The achievement unlocks when the thirteenth spirit is released.
▶Final Cleanup
▶Before the Last Voyage
Finish the cumulative and collection achievements now. The ending doesn't lock any of them, but this is the natural point.
▶Monkey Business
Complete 30 Francis errands. Keep clearing his board; it refreshes about a day after each completion.
▶Unsubscribe
Unsubscribe25G
Once Feedorama's deliveries have turned bad (burnt food and questionable meals start after a change-of-management letter), return to Madison in Hummingberg and pay 10,000 Glim. The timing depends on events, not a fixed count. Usually after about five deliveries, a management-change letter (A Letter from Feedorama) arrives, followed by bad deliveries. Once Madison offers to cancel, pay. If the cancel option isn't there yet, wait for more deliveries. The achievement unlocks when you unsubscribe.
▶Master Chef
Master Chef70G
Discover all recipes. The game has no progress counter for this one, and the exact set it checks isn't documented. Make all of these yourself to be safe:
- All 105 recipe-book entries: the 102 dishes plus Homemade Paper, Questionable Meal, and Coal. The book shows ??? for anything undiscovered.
- The Cellar items: Surströmming, Sauerkraut, Yoghurt, and Cheese. Make the Cheese from Yoghurt, because Cheese from aged Milk may not count. These four don't show in the recipe book.
- Cheap insurance: Burnt Food (leave a finished dish in the Kitchen for one to two in-game days) and Expired Meal (leave a cheap item such as Herring in the Cellar for more than three in-game days). Neither is confirmed as required.
Cooking every dish yourself covers both this achievement and Susan's dish collection. If Master Chef still hasn't unlocked, check the Cellar items first, then the insurance items.
HISTORICALLY REPORTED BUG: on Xbox this achievement has been reported appearing late, even with everything made. If it doesn't show up straight away, close and relaunch, then give it time.
▶Decked Out
Decked Out55G
Build every house and station on your boat at least once. Upgrades aren't needed. You'll need Albert's final blueprint. Some players reported the achievement only unlocking with everything on the boat at the same time, so as a precaution, keep everything built and don't scrap anything. That needs a boat large enough to fit it all.
- Spirit houses: Gwen's Lodge, Atul's Workshop, Summer's Sanctuary, Alice's Cottage, Astrid's Bungalow, Gustav's Gallery, Bruce and Mickey's Crib, Stanley's Playroom, Elena's Cubicle, Buck's Lair of Wonders, Beverly's Farmhouse, and Jackie's On-Call Room.
- A second Guest House, since Stanley took over the first.
- Everything else: Kitchen, Field, Garden, Orchard, Loom, Sawmill, Foundry, Smithy, Crusher, Windmill, Cellar, Cow Stall, Sheep Corral, Chicken Coop, Lounge, Archive Room B-2522, Cuckoo Clock Tower, and the ability structures (Air Draft, Zipline, Bouncy).
The Beehive is a Field upgrade, not a separate building, and isn't needed.
If the achievement doesn't unlock, check Albert's and the Raccoon shops' blueprint lists for anything unbuilt. The achievement unlocks when the last required structure is placed.
▶Collection Cleanup
Finish Collector and Bow-Tastic here.
- Fish: for missing fish, try these reported tips. They aren't guaranteed.
- Cobia, Haddock, Halibut, Sockeye Salmon: Mist, and only in clear weather. If it's raining, sail elsewhere or wait it out.
- Anchovy, Urchin, Giant Scallop: most reported around northeast Crow's End. If an Urchin won't show, also try around southwest Crow's End, which one reference lists. Anchovy is also reported to bite around midnight. If Urchins never show on your hull, one guide noticed them after the largest boat upgrade, but that link is unproven.
- Eel, Mackerel, Black Tiger Shrimp: rain only, in the starter waters (Black Tiger Shrimp also in the Rock region).
- Sole: any weather, in the starter waters around Furogawa and Hummingberg, or around southwest Crow's End. Midnight and dawn are suggested times.
- Cod: starter waters in clear weather, also reported around southwest Crow's End. It reportedly bites best in the evening or at night.
- Time-of-day effects aren't firmly established, so treat these as tips.
- Oyster, Scallop, Hard-Shell Clam: random hull pickups. Empty your hull on every trip and check the Rock region first, then the Mist (Scallop: Ice first).
- Tunas: only at their marked tuna spots.
- Dishes: compare Susan's blacked-out dish slots with your recipe book, and re-cook anything you were given rather than cooked. Fried Mushrooms and Surströmming are commonly missed.
- Gems and metals: check Susan's tabs against the Collectibles checklist at the end of this guide.
- Sun Ballad: buy it once Buck's minigame has supplied the XP Potions.
▶The Last Voyage
▶Lily
Lily appears on your boat at night after the third Hades meeting. Night sailing unlocks after your first conversation with her. Follow each of her night requests until Stella's Last Voyage appears. These are night visits to shrines, including Hummingberg, Furogawa, Oxbury, and Greymist Peaks. Finishing them doesn't force the ending. She has no mood and no house, and nothing to do for achievements.
▶Let It Go
Let It Go20G
With all 38 other achievements done, take Stella's Last Voyage to the Everdoor. The achievement unlocks when you complete this final objective. Afterwards the game returns you to just before the voyage, so you can still clean up anything you missed.
▶Collectibles
Reference
This checklist covers Susan's five museum collections (Collector) and the extra kitchen and Cellar items for Master Chef. It's your own record and doesn't read your Xbox progress.
